So everybody coming into the position you're going to be.
And let's all take in a really deep,
Big full belly breath in through the nose.
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the chest.
And exhale,
Audible sigh.
Let it go.
And do that a couple of times so that you can ground yourself here with me right now.
Big full belly breath.
Open up the mouth,
Audible sigh.
And again,
Do it on your own tempo at your own pace.
Big full,
Deep,
Grounding breath,
Allowing you to just let anything that you need to fall away fall away.
And so breathing into happy today.
Breathing into happy.
Today is just about breath awareness.
Breath awareness.
I have no agenda for today's breath work except that I want you to get comfortable feeling the breath entering and exiting your body.
So what does it feel like to connect to your sweet,
Wise,
Energetic breath?
What does it feel like for you?
Knowing that every breath is an opportunity to connect to something inside you that may feel disconnected.
Every breath is an opportunity to expand.
So where can you create some expansion with the breath today?
And what is it that your breath needs you to know today?
What is it?
What is the little message?
I always say the little love note that your breath has for you.
Each of us need little different love notes.
What's your saying to you today?
But the trick is are you willing to listen to what it's saying?
Are we willing to hear what the breath wants us to know?
So on every inhale,
Open up and listen and on every exhale,
Surrender and allow.
Trusting that the breath has wisdom,
Has intuition,
Has kindness,
Has peace,
Has freedom,
Has comfort,
Has grace,
Has surrender in it.
Whatever it is that you need that breath to deliver to you today,
Please take it.
On the exhale,
Letting go of control,
Letting go of trying to manipulate something to your perceived desire.
Letting the breath just lead.
Inhale belly.
Exhale mouth.
Let it go.
Every single inhale,
Just you and you reconnecting.
Connecting to the breath,
Feeling the breath,
Sensing the breath.
The only desired outcome when we breathe,
I feel,
Should be just to connect back.
So inhale connection,
Exhale feeling scared,
Feeling lost.
Inhale feeling empowered.
Exhale feeling weak or lack of energy.
Inhale freedom from everything that locks you up.
And exhale letting go.
Inhale acceptance.
And exhale the fight.
Let the breath wash over you.
And give you all those little love notes that you might be needing right now.
Taking a few minutes to just be with you and the breath wherever you're at.
And I'll just be here holding space.
Breathing in and out.
As you fill up with these last few breaths with me today,
Breathing in as we always end with gratitude for your life,
For your loves,
For your family,
For your pets,
For your friends,
For movement,
For breath,
Gratitude for all in your life.
Never forget to be grateful for the things that you have.
