Transcript

This meditation was created to inspire.

Find a comfortable seated position with your back straight with the crown of your head reaching to the ceiling,

Your bottom or feet rooted to the ground,

With your hands resting on your legs and your eyes gently closed.

See if you can make yourself slightly more comfortable in your space.

Breathe in as deeply as you can,

Letting the air fill your nose,

Your lungs,

Breathe all the way into your stomach and hold that breath for just a moment and then very slowly release the full breath.

Breathe in again very deeply,

Breathing in as long as you can,

Filling each cell of your body with air.

And when you are full of air,

Slowly release this breath.

Try to stay focused on this moment.

If thoughts come,

That is okay.

Let them go.

Don't worry about the topics of your day or what is happening next.

You are taking this break for you to stay fully present in the moment,

To take time to center,

Focus,

Breathe.

Focus on the top of your head.

Feel your scalp and try to release the tension you find in your scalp.

Breathe release into the muscles of your face,

Trying to relax your muscles in your face just a bit more.

Relax your eyes.

Let your eyes rest.

Unclench your jaw.

Let your jaw relax.

Let your tongue rest loosely in your mouth.

Relax your neck.

Relax your shoulders.

Feel the tension release from your neck and your shoulders as you breathe.

Please listen to the following affirmations.

Say them in your head as if they were true for you today and always.

I am agile.

The universe is changing.

I am changing.

I am surviving.

I am thriving.

I am strong.

I am unstoppable.

My potential is unlimited.

I am balanced.

People are counting on me.

I am patient.

I am understanding.

I am encouraging.

I am affirming.

I am calm.

My potential is unlimited.

I am brave.

The market is challenging.

I am intelligent.

I am knowledgeable.

I am planful.

I am honest.

I am bold.

My potential is unlimited.

I am living in the present moment.

There are many distractions.

I am focused.

Slowly become aware of the surroundings in your room.
