What you think you become.

Buddha.

Hello and welcome to this quick morning meditation.

This meditation may help you start your day with a calm and content attitude to take on anything that the universe may present to you.

Let's start by bringing your body in a comfortable seated position.

You may sit on the floor with your legs crossed or on a chair with both feet on the ground.

Whatever feels best for you.

And whenever you're ready,

You may close your eyes.

First,

We will bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe deeply and fully in.

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold it for one,

Two,

Three.

And let it all out.

One,

Two,

Three.

One more time.

Breathe in.

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold it.

One,

Two,

Three.

And breathe out.

One,

Two,

Three.

You will let go of stress,

Negativity or anything else that might weigh heavy on your shoulders with every out breath.

Breathe in.

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold it.

One,

Two,

Three.

And breathe out.

One,

Two,

Three.

Let's keep on breathing in this easy rhythm.

Repeat this little mantra with me in your head.

May nothing today disturb my inner peace.

May my mind be still and my body be happy.

Even in stressful situations.

And whenever I feel overwhelmed,

May I come back to this moment and find my stillness.

Let's do this all together.
