It's a man's own mind.
Not his enemy or foe that lures him to evil ways.
Buddha.
Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation.
Today I would like to show you a little exercise to quickly release tension,
Stress and anxiety.
For this meditation bring yourself in a comfortable seated position.
And whenever you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Try to focus on your breath.
Breathe in a normal and natural rhythm.
Feel the air going into your lungs with every in-breath.
And rushing out with every out-breath.
With every out-breath you let go of any anger you might feel.
Let go of any hateful or negative thought that your mind might come up with.
We will only allow a feeling of comfort and love in our body today.
To release the tension even more,
Let's do this little exercise together.
Straighten your arms out and push your hands forward,
The palms of your hands open and facing away from your body.
Just like you would signal someone to stop with both of your hands.
Now bend your arms and pull them in.
Hold your hands left and right next to your chest.
Your palms still facing forward away from your body.
With every exhale push your arms forward and force the air out of your lungs.
Just like you would blow away a big burden.
And with every deep inhale pull your arms back to the side of your chest.
Let's try it all together.
As we are doing this little exercise,
Repeat this little mantra with me.
To release even more tension and to manifest our intentions with every breath.
Start with your arms pulled in.
Inhale.
May only positivity enter my body.
Push your arms forward and at the same time force the air out of your lungs.
Exhale.
May I let go of all tension and negativity.
Let's do this one more time.
Inhale.
May only positivity enter my body.
Push your arms forward and at the same time force the air out of your lungs.
Exhale.
May I let go of all tension and negativity.
Let's keep on breathing like this for a little while.
Take your time to enjoy this meditation.
Feel the music.
Feel the negativity blowing out of your body.
And only positive vibes entering your body.
Inhale.
May only positivity enter my body.
Push your arms forward and at the same time force the air out of your lungs.
Exhale.
May I let go of all tension and negativity.
Let's start continue breathing in a normal and natural rhythm.
Rest your hands on your thighs and enjoy the tingling sensation in your body.
Let's sit here for a little while longer.
And whenever you're ready,
Come back to the present moment.
And most importantly,
Try to stay in the present moment.
Whenever you feel stressed,
Or you feel anxiety gets a hold of you,
Sit down and breathe.
I hope you liked this little exercise.
