Before we begin,
Just a quick note that no matter where you are on your journey,
I want to let you know that you are supported.
Navigating life as a human and as a spiritual being is a constant dance between living in the 3D and living in the 5D.
A dance that we're doing all the time as we navigate what it means to be a soul living in a human body.
This meditation was inspired by desiring to create a place of safety and belonging for all of you.
And before we begin,
Just take a moment to move your body,
Shake out anything that needs to be shaken out or moved out of the body and allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position,
Whether that's lying,
Sitting,
Sitting,
Whatever works for you in this moment.
And take a moment to close down your eyes and take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and an even longer and slower exhale out the mouth,
Allowing your energy to settle,
Your thoughts to settle here,
Just taking a moment to really honor yourself for showing up for you in this moment,
For taking time to prioritize the most important relationship in your life,
The one with yourself.
For this relationship that you have with yourself is the longest one you will ever have It's the relationship that is with you from the moment you arrive on this planet until the moment you leave.
And it's this relationship that serves as a blueprint,
As a model for all the other relationships in your life and how you show up and treat yourself.
Models to others how to show up and treat you as well.
And take another deep breath in,
Letting it all out the mouth nice and slow as you drop down your shoulders,
Another deep breath in,
Another deep breath in.
And as you exhale out the mouth,
Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper,
Letting go of anything that might have happened before this moment and letting go of anything that's to come in the future.
Again,
Taking another deep inhale in and sending it all out the mouth.
And as we move through this Reiki infused grounding meditation,
We'll go through mantras that are supportive of each of the seven chakras and just allow yourself to be open,
To maybe repeat the mantras back in your own mind and allow yourself to be open and lean in to trust,
Trusting that the ones that are most needed by you today will be the ones that provide you support,
Grounding,
And that will go into your subconscious mind to help lead you.
Take another deep breath in,
Sending it all out the mouth,
Maybe even putting a hand on the heart and a hand on the belly if that feels comfortable.
And as you exhale out the mouth,
Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper,
Letting go of anything that might have happened before this moment and letting go of anything that's to come in the future.
And as we move through this Reiki infused grounding meditation,
We'll go through mantras that are supportive of each of the seven chakras I flow with life.
I am confident.
I stand in my power.
I am worthy.
I treat myself with kindness.
I am my own best friend.
I love and accept all parts of myself.
I ask for what I desire.
It's safe for me to speak my truth.
I use words that empower me.
I am open to my inner wisdom.
