Tara Herrick Brown

Tara draws from her background in health psychology, natural medicine research, family-systems, and various forms of energy work and spiritual trainings. Over the past two decades, she completed countless personal- and professional-growth trainings, including a four-year teacher training course with Leslie Temple-Thurston. Tara has been teaching meditation in the New York Capital Region since 2017 and on Insight Timer since 2020. She lives in upstate New York with her husband and two exquisite daughters.
