Blessings Friends. I'm holding deep gratitude for all of those that are diving deep into learning and living from a space of occupying all parts of their Being. This is deep medicine that I have been sitting with as I have been engaging in ancestral healing for my 4 primary bloodlines. May you find connection and inspiration in this meditation for living a life that is fully encompassing and authentic to the beauty of your Being.

Take a moment to bring your body to a position that is supportive.

Whether that is standing,

Lying down,

Or seated,

Do what feels good in this moment.

As you come to a place of support and rest,

You may have your eyes open or have them closed.

And begin to focus your attention on your breath in and out.

Breathing in a manner that is supportive to your being.

With your attention on your breath,

Just notice the quality of your breath.

Is it shallow and in your head?

Is it being held in your chest,

In your throat?

Or is it breath that is coming from deep down within your core?

Just notice without any judgments or expectations.

Is it deep enough?

Or is it deep enough?

Just notice without any judgments or expectations.

Or is it breath that is coming from deep down within your core?

With your attention still focused on your breath,

The invitation now is to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.

And to direct your breath into those two spaces.

Org Now bring your attention and your awareness to sitting in the presence of these spaces receiving the gift and the nourishment of your intentional awareness and breath.

Now sit.

And when these spaces feel full,

When they feel nourished and witnessed by your awareness and your breath,

Begin to bring your attention back to the quality of your breath,

Noticing if your breath has at all shifted,

Has it become more full,

Or maybe it's exactly the same.

Just notice.

Staying present with your breath,

Direct the breath into your head and feel your scalp relaxing.

With each breath,

The tension melts away.

Allow the breath to release any tension or anxiety across your forehead,

Allowing your forehead to soften.

And soften your gaze,

Even if your eyes are closed.

Allow the breath to relax the muscles in and around your eyes.

Unclench your jaw and relax the muscles of your mouth.

Allow the breath to travel down the neck and relax the muscles of the neck,

Allowing your neck to feel relaxed and supported.

Drop the shoulders away from the ears and feel the muscles of the chest soften and relax your body.

On your next inhalation,

Lengthen the spine and exhale to come back to neutral.

Recess for three cycles of breath,

Inhaling to lengthen and exhaling,

Coming back to neutral and feeling the muscles of the back relax.

Allow your belly to soften with each breath and to feel more fully filled with each inhalation.

Feel the hips and the pelvis relax and drop towards the earth.

Let your сanyons envelope with ✧ relax,

Relax,

Relax ✧ def région treating area.

And feel the rest of the leg muscles soften and relax into the earth.

If you're standing or sitting,

Feel the arches of your feet and the tops of your feet relax as your toes unfurl and distribute your weight evenly across your feet.

If you're lying down,

It may feel supportive to allow your feet to naturally point outward.

Take a few moments to breathe here,

Allowing the places in your body that have relaxed to fully receive the energy of your breath.

Breathe fully into all of these spaces,

Even if they're any spaces that feel inaccessible.

The invitation is to offer the gift of your presence and your breath to all of those spaces with no attachment.

Time hearts have a boxك Take a moment to send your breath to all of the spaces that you may have forgotten.

All of the spaces that you may be unaware of how to access.

All of the spaces that feel both familiar and unfamiliar.

From the space of being rooted in your body and resourced by your breath,

Allow your soul to stretch into these spaces that may have opened up with no attachments and no judgments.

Allow your soul to expand into these spaces with curiosity and love.

You are staring at the Rest here in the sacred space of more fully occupying your being.

Just noticing how your soul feels.

You are now in the sacred space of more fully occupying your being.

When this experience feels complete in this moment,

Begin to turn your attention back to the breath that is rooted in the body and feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Allow your awareness to focus on the sounds in the room,

The texture of the clothing on your skin as you transition back into the present moment in your space.

And as you transition your awareness back into your space,

Hold on to the feeling of what it feels like for your soul to expand into all of those beautiful spaces within you,

Fully and truly occupying all the parts of your being.

Feel the wisdom that is within your bones,

That is calling you home to the oneness and the wholeness of being worthy and valued and seen just as you are,

Fully embodying and occupying the space of your being.

When this experience feels complete in this moment,

Begin to turn your attention back to the breath that is rooted in the body and feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Allow your awareness to focus on the sounds in the room,

The texture of the clothing on your skin as you transition back into the present moment in your space.

And as you transition your awareness back into the present moment in your space,

Feel the wisdom that is within your bones,

That is calling you home to the oneness and the wholeness of being.

Feel the wisdom that is within your bones,

That is calling you home to the oneness and the wholeness of being.

That is calling you home to the oneness and the wholeness of being.
