Relax.

Settle in.

And get ready for the next few moments together.

If you ask yourself right now,

How well you feel overall,

How would you answer on a scale of 1 to 10?

1 being very unwell,

10 being amazingly well,

And 5 being,

Eh,

Could be better,

But could also be worse.

Take a moment to find your number on the wellness scale.

And when you think about your life in a holistic way,

I want you to think about your nutrition,

Your daily movement,

Your mindset practices,

Your water intake,

Your day-to-day activities,

Whether that is a career,

Schooling,

Parenting.

And I want you to think of your level of growth,

Personal growth,

Spirituality,

Your connections with others,

Family,

Friends,

Colleagues,

Your pets.

And think about the time that you spend having fun,

Laughing,

Adventures.

I want you to think about your quality of sleep,

Even the number of hours of sleep.

And when you think about those,

Maybe there is one,

Or maybe there are two,

Maybe there are more,

That feel a little out of balance,

Or maybe just not operating at their highest.

Maybe you wish you had better sleep,

Or maybe you're really struggling in a relationship right now.

Perhaps your stress level is higher than you would like.

Take a moment to just think about one or two of these areas that maybe could use a little attention.

And once you have your item or items,

I want you to think about in which way you could improve the state of that item.

Maybe it's increasing your water intake.

Maybe it's reaching out to a counsellor or someone to help with a relationship you're in.

Maybe it's simply joining a fitness class or committing to a daily walk to up your exercise and movement.

We have all of the answers that we need within.

At a deep level,

We know exactly what our soul needs.

To operate in a super healthy manner.

Sometimes within society,

We get caught up in trends,

And just busyness,

Life,

Families,

And we lose track of time.

Maybe we lose track of our wellness.

And so I invite you to just notice some areas that could be balanced out.

And perhaps there's a couple of minor adjustments in your life that you could make to balance yourself out again.

You are worth taking the time to make space for self-care,

For movement.

You are just as important as everyone else.

You deserve the care that you give to others.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Giving you wellness,

Love,

And motivation to take those steps.
