And close your eyes once you settle relax a little bit become aware of this time that we have to withdraw from the world for a moment and we begin by chanting the all mantra three times together take a deeper inhalation Oh feel and relax your whole body from the toes all the way to the top of your head become aware of your being here and now physically and mentally feel your presence in the space where you are at the moment relax your face muscles feel and relax your shoulders relax the abdominal muscles and relax your back all these muscles along the spine and at the same time try to sit straight bring attention then to your legs and also try to give some relaxation attention on the energy to the legs so your whole body begin to be more and more comfortable and then we feel how our body is alive the energy in your body the breath movements and with the observation of your natural breath we draw into your inner space that we again feel of a body but now it is from within imagine as if you pulling all the senses more within away from the outer world and bring your attention to your eyes and try to relax consciously all those muscles your eyelids and muscles around the eyes that it begin to slowly feel more natural for you to have your eyes closed that for a few minutes we are renouncing that flow of impressions through this sense of the eyes and as we know because as it is with all our senses it would never be enough they always would want to see one more of something and as we're closing and relaxing the external eyes our inner eyes if we can call it that way the inner eyes open and you can sense that you are within this space the space of the forehead where we have our attention in sanskrit this space is called chidaka the space of the forehead and if you relax the more you relax your eyes the more we feel our presence there here in fact and are able to let go of the veil of the thinking it will become very pleasant experience how this inner space of your forehead opens expands and you may start to feel that there is a a bit of a more space between you as a witness those inner eyes that we call it and the outer eyes that are closed now and the quality of these inner eyes is not curiosity like the outer ones but more of a just a presence a neutral seeing we're ready to welcome what comes and easily let's go what is passing keep relaxing in this chidaka space let your thoughts be free passing through this space like clouds passing on the sky the whole face muscles become more more relaxed um just to relax your face and be as a witness in the forehead space brings a great relief finally we don't have to wear any mask of some personality some kind of role that we play with different people different situations different situations the expression of the face become completely relaxed peaceful you may notice how the jaws relax and all the tensions from the teeth released that's similar space that is observing in the forehead for a moment you can sense in inside the mouth also um then it blends into one and whilst remaining in this inner space we slowly through the throat sink down to the space of the chest the heart space that has a name harideyakash um a space of feelings and as the yogis say this is a place from where all the thoughts everything emerges and so we're just returning back to the source in order to rest for a moment remain in this inner space feeling the breath as if those inner eyes that have seen that space in the forehead now looking down to the heart as if those inner eyes that have seen that space in the forehead now looking down to the heart and just be here be here in your inner space of the heart one with yourself present with whatever is there at the moment give space to all feelings but try not to create any new try not to make any effort to manufacture some feeling that would cover up your inner peace or that could serve as a replacement of some feelings maybe that we do not like to feel remain just neutral as you were in the forehead space a witness,
A presence and just be here in the forehead space a witness,
A presence that's enlightening your whole inner space knowing that whatever you are at this moment experiencing,
Witnessing within you is temporary pleasant or unpleasant everything keeps coming and changing and going and if we make some effort then is to resist the grasping and stay away from disregarding something,
Pushing something away inhale,
Exhale face with courage and strength your inner situation with everything as it is www.
