The Ashram has been established with the vision to bring the community together, engage them in various spiritual activities and an inquiry of the nature of the self, and develop an inter-relationship wherein the community members willingly volunteer in the Ashram activities with an attitude of selfless service. The Ashram provides a setup where the community members get inspired, and in turn inspire others to inquire about the principle quest of human life.

An appointment with myself.

When I spend a quality time with myself.

When I have no other agenda.

Right now I am Arunachit.

I have renounced for the time being.

All my duties and responsibilities.

Right now I have no duty.

I have no responsibility.

I am not accountable to anybody.

I am not playing any role at all.

I am not a Grohastha.

I am not a Vahana Prastha.

I am just a simple person.

Neither father nor mother.

Neither husband nor wife.

Neither son nor daughter.

All the roles have been dropped.

With every role there is a responsibility.

I am not playing any role.

I have no responsibility.

I am not accountable or insatiable to anybody.

I am free.

I do not have to fulfill anybody's demands nor do I make any demands on anybody.

I have no demands,

No expectations.

That the people or the world around me has to change for my sake.

That somebody should do something for my sake.

Or that somebody should stop doing something for my sake.

I have no such demands.

I have no expectations.

Right now I give the world the freedom to be what it is.

Whatever it is,

Is in order.

I do not demand that others have to help me.

That they have to love me.

That they have to approve of me.

No such demand.

I am not seeking anyone's approval.

Nor do I have to approve of anybody.

Everyone is alright in their own space.

I am alright in my space.

There is a great relief in my mind when I give freedom to others.

When I do not make any demands on them.

When I have no expectations of them.

When I do not try to control others.

There is a great relief.

That one who is happy may all be happy where they are as they are.

And at the same time,

I also enjoy my freedom in my space.

To have the freedom of being what I am.

The freedom of being what I am.

I don't have to be different from what I am to be free.

I am alright as I am.

My body is fine as it is.

No expectations,

No demands from my body.

Just as I accept the world around me,

So also I accept my body.

I gracefully,

Lovingly accept my body as it is.

With its virtues and limitations.

My body is creation of Ishvara.

A gift of Ishvara.

I lovingly accept my body.

I am comfortable with my body.

I am comfortable with the world around me.

In spite of its aches and pains.

In spite of its limitations and shortcomings.

I lovingly accept my body.

Similarly,

I accept my mind.

It is also a great gift from Ishvara.

The body is my dwelling place.

And the mind is a tool,

An instrument,

A means.

For accomplishing a variety of functions.

I am happy that I have this human embodiment.

I am happy that I have this human mind.

I enjoy the privilege of being what I am.

That everything is in honor.

Everything is alright in its own place.

My body,

My mind,

My ego,

My life.

Everything is alright in its place.

There is no need for me to be different from what I am.

I am alright as I am.

No expectation.

No demand.

Decomfort with what is.

I am comfortable with what is.

My mind is free from all needs and demands.

Free from the need to be different.

Free from the need to change.

Free from the need to be approved.

Free from all needs and expectations and demands.

Then my mind is free from all this burden.

Then the mind is at peace.

When there is no compulsion to achieve something.

No compulsion to prove anything.

No compulsion to be approved by anybody.

The mind is free from all compulsion.

Mind is silent.

At peace.

Contented.

Then I see that I am a silent,

Contented,

Conscious person.

I am a conscious being.

Comfortable with myself.

Contented with myself.

At peace with myself.

And that is my true nature.

The peace,

Silence,

Contentment is my core personality.

It is expectation and demands and many complexes that deprive me of this silence which is my essential nature.

Shanti,

I am silent.

At peace.

Happy with what I am.

Happy with myself.

Contented with myself.

This meditation is an appointment with myself.

Just to be myself.

When there is nothing to be done.

Nothing to be accomplished.

Just to be myself.

Shanti,

I am silent.

Jnana Nandirubhan.

Jnana Nandirubhan.

Shivuhun.

Shivuhun.

Shivuhun.

Simple,

Silent,

Contented,

Conscious person.

I am.

Om Puramada.

Pura Minam.

Puraat Puramudachate.

Purasya Puramadaya.

Puranameva Vashishtate Om Shanti.

Shanti.

Shanti.
