Just as you can reach me by touching any part of my body, one can reach God no matter, which aspect of his – Agni, Väyu, Sürya, or the creator, sustainer, dissolver – one worships.

Accepting myself,

To accept myself,

To love myself.

A graceful acceptance of myself.

When I have no complaint against myself,

When I do not blame myself,

When I lovingly accept myself as I am.

And that calls for gracefully accepting my limitations.

Body wise,

I am limited.

But to be limited is the nature of the body.

It is not the fault of the body that it is what it is.

I lovingly accept my body.

It is a great privilege to be a human being.

Even though the human life may be painful,

But that is because I am sensitive.

This is the embodiment where I have the desire to be free,

Desire to be happy.

It is a great privilege to be born a human being.

Whether it's male or female.

Young or not so young.

Strong or not so strong.

However the body is,

It is a great gift from each other.

The human body is a most wonderful,

Amazing creation.

With amazing capabilities.

I am happy to be a human being.

Where there is an aspiration of moksha or liberation.

Where I am aware of the fact that I am limited.

And that there is a keen desire to become free from limitation that is a privilege.

That I have a value for this knowledge.

That I have the opportunity to expose to this teaching.

All of this is a great privilege.

I am happy to be what I am.

I lovingly accept my body.

The most important thing about the body is that it is here that there is desire to be free.

It is here that there is desire to learn,

To gain knowledge.

I lovingly accept my body.

I am happy to be what I am.

I am comfortable with my body in spite of its limitations.

Further,

I lovingly accept my mind.

Human mind is a great gift.

With the mind I can think,

I feel,

I learn,

I contemplate,

I remember.

I experience,

I respond,

I communicate.

The human mind is a great gift from each other.

I am happy that I have this mind.

It is true that the mind has limitations.

Limitations of grasping.

Limitations of retaining.

Limitations of recollecting.

Limitations of expressing.

But that is how it is meant to be.

Mind is limited and still beautiful.

I lovingly accept my mind with its virtues and limitations.

I am comfortable with my body.

I am comfortable with my mind.

I am comfortable with myself as I am.

Graceful acceptance of myself.

Of my achievements and lack of them.

Graceful acceptance of my successes and lack of successes.

Achievements and lack of achievements.

A graceful acceptance of everything about myself.

I am comfortable with myself.

I am happy to be what I am.

I do not have to become somebody else.

Whoever is created is unique.

And ever,

I am also unique.

Having a unique place in the scheme of things.

I enjoy that uniqueness.

I am happy to be what I am.

No dissatisfaction.

No complaints.

No blaming.

No sense of deprivation.

No sense of hurt or guilt.

I am happy to be what I am.

When the mind is comfortable with its own self,

Then the mind is at peace with itself.

I am at peace with myself.

Because I am happy with myself.

Because I love myself.

When I am at peace with myself,

Then it is easy to see that I am a silent,

Conscious person.

A simple,

Silent,

Conscious person I am.

The silence,

The consciousness in which there is no boundary.

Boundless,

Silent,

Consciousness I am.

Abiding in my own boundlessness.

Abiding in my own silence.

Abiding in my own contentment.

That is the core person I am.

Regardless of how the body is.

Regardless of how the mind is.

Regardless of how everything else is.

My being silent,

Boundless,

Contented,

Is an independent fact.

The contentment,

Ananda,

The wholeness is my nature.

Because of something,

Because that is my nature.

The body is a counter of functioning.

The mind is an instrument for the transactions with the world.

I am independent of the body.

Independent of the mind existing,

Abiding in my own boundlessness.

Unconnected,

Unaffected by the body or the mind or anything else.
