The universe, whatever it is, however it is, is never apart from God, godliness and divinity. The wholeness and completeness that is God is all-pervasive, and since wholeness, completeness and truth can only be one, and if God is all this, he cannot be many. He has to be one and non-dual. This is what the Vedas, particularly the upaniñads teach us.

An appointment with myself.

Just to be myself as I am.

It is because of many notions or complexes I have about myself.

All born of ignorance.

That I am not comfortable with myself.

It has become my habit to judge myself based on my body.

Because I equate myself with the body.

I judge myself from the standpoint of body.

Therefore there are so many complexes.

I am male.

I am female.

I am tall.

I am short.

I am fair.

I am dark.

I am beautiful.

I am not.

I am handsome.

I am not.

A number of complexes which constantly torment me.

I am tormented by these complexes.

Born of equating myself with the body.

I am mortal.

I had a birth.

Someday I will die.

I am growing old.

I am as long as the body is.

The body is I am.

The body is not.

I am not.

These are all conclusions,

Habitual conclusions.

But these are not realities about myself.

It is not that the body is and therefore I am.

I am and therefore the body is.

The body is born suddenly.

The body is growing.

That is also true.

The body will not be someday.

That is also true.

But that does not mean I was born.

I am growing.

I will not be.

The equation is not right.

Because I am aware of my body.

I was aware of my body when I was a child.

I was aware of the body when I was a youth.

I am aware of the body now.

Body has always been an object of my awareness.

I am aware of the various states of the body.

The awareness is always different from the object of awareness.

I do possess a body but I am not the body.

I do not have to judge myself based on the body.

The body is indeed limited.

The body is mortal.

But I who is aware of the limitations of the body,

I am unaffected by those limitations.

The body is growing old.

I am the witness and independent of the body.

It is possible to create distance when I have no complaint about the body.

When I lovingly accept the body as it is,

Then it is easy to see that I am aware of the body.

In fact,

I have the freedom to let go the body from my awareness.

When the mind is absorbed in something else,

There is no awareness of the body.

That means I am and I shine whether the body is there or not.

Another thing that creates many complexes is my mind.

Mainly the limitations in the mind create complexes in me.

The mind's grasping power is limited.

The mind's memory power is limited.

The mind's communication power is limited.

Mind is limited.

That is how it is meant to be.

I have no complaint against my mind which is limited.

At the same time,

I am not the mind.

I am aware of the mind.

I am aware of the thoughts of the mind,

Of the emotions of the mind,

Of the limitations of the mind.

I lovingly accept my mind as it is with its limitations.

When I am comfortable with my mind,

Then I see that I am aware of the mind,

A witness of the mind,

A eliminator of the mind.

The body,

I am not.

The mind,

I am not.

And therefore,

The limitations,

I am not.

I am an independently existing,

Independently shining consciousness.

The different kinds of thoughts.

Now I am not.

Because I am aware of all these thoughts.

I am aware of the mind.

I am aware of the mind.

I am aware of the ground,

Ground on the faculty of smell,

Later on the faculty of seeing.

These organs of perception I am not.

I am not what I am aware of.

I am the aware of.

And therefore,

The limitations of mind are not my limitations.

The limitations of sense organs are not my limitations.

The five elements of yoga-mother space,

Who meet the earth,

They justify the heat of the light via the air and water.

These elements I am not,

And the body made from these elements also I am not.

The mind I am not,

The sense organs I am not,

The body I am not.

Then who am I?

I am the witness,

The illuminator,

The self-shining consciousness.

I am in the.

I am consciousness that is boundless,

Ever free,

Ever contented.

Sivoham,

Sivaha are the nature of happiness,

Joy,

Purity.

The impurities belong to the body and the mind,

I am ever pure.

The limitations belong to the body and mind,

I am free from limitations.

The changes belong to the body-mind,

I am ever changeless.

I am because I am.

To be is my nature.

To shine is my nature.

Shining self-shining,

Self-sufficient.
