Here there is nothing to be done.

Just listen to the words and see the meaning of the words.

In this meditation there is no tension,

There is no stress.

For the simple reason that there is nothing to be accomplished.

This meditation is for appreciating what is.

To appreciate what is.

We have to make an effort because usually the mind is either in the past or in the future.

The mind very often dwells upon the hurts and guilt of the past.

Or it is anxious about the future.

The future is uncertain and never lays an anxiety in the mind.

And never very often the mind dwells upon the future.

More often than not the mind is either in the past or in the future.

That is why an attempt is needed to be in the present.

To appreciate what is.

If we are able to appreciate what is,

Then the past and the future may not remain significant.

If the present is beautiful,

If the present is what I want it to be,

Then the past and the future do not remain important anymore.

And therefore this meditation is an attempt to appreciate what is.

We learn the reveals.

What is is complete.

What remains is Ura.

The whole,

The complete.

What is is whole.

What is is complete.

And that includes me also.

I am as I am is complete.

I am as I am is whole.

That being the case,

It is clear that I don't have to become complete.

I don't have to become free.

I don't have to become whole.

I am already free,

Already complete,

Already whole.

And never may the mind be relaxed.

Oh mind,

Do not worry about the future.

What is is manifestation of whole.

The universe that is around me is the manifestation of the whole.

I am the manifestation of whole.

Oh mind,

That fact has to be seen.

Never stop worrying about the future.

In any case,

I cannot control the future.

It is Isvara who creates the world every moment.

It is Isvara who will create the future.

I am confident that Isvara is my evaluation.

And whatever he does,

My well-being is involved.

With that assurance,

I am prepared for the future,

Whatever it is.

However,

I am not worried about the future.

There is no anxiety about the future.

Because I am ready to accept the future gracefully as it comes.

Graceful acceptance of what I cannot change.

I cannot control the universe.

And therefore,

I cannot control the happenings.

However,

I am ready to accept the future as Isvara clears for me.

No worries,

No anxieties about the future.

About the past also.

I cannot change what has happened.

I forgive all those who have had to be in the past.

It is my own destiny that I have to go through various experiences of the past.

And various people just became instrumental in creating those experiences.

The past also was created by Isvara.

And people did what they did because they were so inspired by Isvara.

Therefore,

I have no anger or resentment against anybody about the past.

I gracefully accept the past also as it is.

As a gift of Isvara.

The past was a gift of Isvara.

And future will be a gift of Isvara.

And the present also is a gift of Isvara.

I gracefully accept the present.

I gracefully accept my environment.

The members of the family,

The friends and others with whom I am associative.

I accept them all as they are.

Some of them may be favorable to me.

Some of them may not be.

But that is how Isvara has made them.

I gracefully accept the people in my life.

They are a gift of Isvara.

Some of them are a gift by giving me happiness.

Others are a gift by giving me unhappiness and helping me grow.

And never everybody is alright as they are where they are.

In disgraceful acceptance there is peace.

Because the mind becomes free from resentment.

Mind becomes free from anger,

Resentment,

Reactions.

There is peace in graceful acceptance.

It is really Isvara who I am accepting.

Since I accept Isvara,

Therefore I accept Isvara's creation of the past,

Future and present.

My mind is free from resistance.

The mind is free from reaction.

My mind is at peace.

While I am accepting all others,

I accept myself also.

I accept myself with body.

I gracefully accept the gift of my body.

Male or female.

Young or not so young.

Strong or not so strong.

Healthy or not so healthy.

Whatever my body is,

It is a great gift of Isvara.

I have no complaint against my body.

I gracefully accept my body with its virtues and limitations.

In their heart,

The thought of my body does not create any action.

Similarly,

I accept my mind.

The mind also is a great gift from Isvara.

I can do so many things with my mind.

I can think,

I can learn,

I can remember,

I can create.

My mind is a beautiful gift of Isvara.

The mind is great and still it is limited.

Because whatever is created is limited.

Therefore,

My body is limited,

My mind also is limited.

But there is no reason why I should not love them.

I love my body with its limitations.

I love my mind with its limitations.

I will not condemn my body by comparing it with others.

I gracefully,

Lovingly accept myself.

My successes,

My failures,

My accomplishments,

My lack of accomplishments.

Recognizing that these are not important.

That I is important,

Other things are not that important.

Whether the accomplishment is great or small does not make any difference to the I.

The successes and failures of life do not make any difference to the I.

The honor and dishonor from the world does not make any difference to the I.

The possessions or lack of possessions again do not make any difference to the I.

Regardless of what everything else is,

The I is a simple,

Conscious,

Silent being.

If I stop changing myself,

If I stop changing myself based on the body,

Based on the mind,

Based on the possessions,

Based on accomplishments,

If I do not change the I based on these things,

If I just look at the I as the I is,

The I is the silent consciousness.

There are limitations in the personality of the body-mind complex.

There are no limitations in the I,

The consciousness,

Which eliminates all limitations.

What is element is limited.

What is known is limited.

What is objectified is limited.

But that because of which everything is known.

That consciousness in light of which these words are heard,

In light of which everything is known,

In light of which everything takes place,

In light of which all the simple,

Silent consciousness I am.

That is the appreciation of what is.

If I do not mix up the two,

The I and non-I will not mix up.

The non-I is seen as non-I.

That's what is element,

Is what is known.

And the I is that because of which everything is known.

That consciousness that eliminates everything,

That just is,

Just the mere presence,

That conscious,

Self-raving presence,

The boundless,

Silent presence I am.

The boundless,

Silent,

Conscious presence in which there are no boundaries,

In which there are no limitations.

That is what I already am.

I am a pourna,

The complete,

The whole,

The boundless.

I can see this effect about myself when the mind is relaxed,

When the mind is free from all resistance,

Free from complaint,

Free from blaming,

When the mind is gracefully,

Lovingly accepting everything.

And that lovingly,

Gracefully accepting mind.

I can see that I am simple,

Silent consciousness,

Boundless.
