Oh Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Oh Namasivaya Oh Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Namasivaya Oh Graceful acceptance is an attitude When the mind is free from resistance,
From complaining,
From blaming,
There is the graceful acceptance.
Namah,
Surrender,
Means graceful acceptance of Isvara.
Graceful acceptance of the past.
I have no complaint about the past.
I have no resentment about the past.
Whatever happened in the past was all manifestation of Isvara.
The pleasure and pain,
The success and failure,
The gain and loss.
Whatever was in the past was nothing but manifestation of Isvara.
And Isvara is my valuator.
Graceful acceptance means accepting even the pain,
The hurt,
The guilt of the past as in order.
Whatever happened had a purpose to bring me to the present.
Even pain had a purpose.
Hurt had a purpose.
Failure had a purpose.
Whether I recognize that purpose or not,
I accept Isvara's will.
And whatever happened was for my well-being.
Even those who caused me pain,
They also acted according to the will of Isvara.
And therefore,
There's no reason to blame them.
No reason to blame myself in the past because I also acted according to the will of Isvara.
No hurts,
No guilt.
When there is graceful acceptance of Isvara,
When there is surrender to Isvara.
I similarly accept the future.
Whatever the future will bring will also be a gift of Isvara.
The past was a gift.
The future will be a gift.
In the assurance that whatever will happen will be for my well-being,
For my spiritual growth.
In that assurance,
I am free from anxiety about the future.
I am ready to gracefully accept whatever the future brings.
Because the future also is Isvara.
I accept the present also as a gift of Isvara.
In the present also,
What is pleasurable and what is painful,
All of that is manifestation of Isvara.
I have no complaint about the present.
I do not blame anybody.
I have no resentment for anyone.
Because people are what they are.
Because Isvara has made themself.
And if they give me pleasure or pain,
That also is due to Isvara's will.
There is no reason for me to blame others or blame myself.
Because it is all Isvara.
Oh,
Namah Shivaya!
My salutations to Isvara!
Surrender to Isvara.
Accepting Isvara.
Surrendering my will.
And the feet of Isvara.
Identifying with Isvara.
Setting up the identification as the ego.
And identifying with Isvara.
With its infinite wisdom.
With its infinite kindness.
That is Namah.
Identifying with Isvara.
With its infinite wisdom.
With its infinite benevolence.
In that Namah,
In that surrender,
I am totally relaxed.
Because the mind is free from any resentment or blaming of the past.
Free from the anxieties of the future.
Free from any resistance to the present.
No resistance to the present.
No anxieties about the future.
No resentment about the past.
I give Isvara the complete freedom to do what he wants to do with me.
Just as Arjuna handed over his chariot to Lord Krishna.
So also,
I hand over the chariot of my life to Isvara.
And then,
I am completely free from all worries and anxieties.
Knowing that I am in the right hands.
With the mind,
This enjoys a comfort,
Freedom from anxieties and resistance.
It is ready to appreciate Isvara who transcends everything.
In reality,
The past,
Present and future are only in appearance.
I need not be too preoccupied with appearance.
What is important is who appears.
The past,
Present and future are the various costumes that Isvara assumes.
But in himself,
He is free from the costumes of past,
Present and future.
He is free from all the attributes,
All qualifications.
Nirvikalpa,
Free from all dualities.
Niragana,
Free from all forms.
In that nature,
Isvara is none other than my own self.
In reality,
I am not an individual possessed of body.
The body is also a part of creation.
The sense organs are also part of creation.
The mind is also part of creation.
The intellect,
The memories,
The achievements and the lack of them,
Everything is part of creation.
It is an appearance.
It is mithya.
I need not be concerned about any of those things.
In spite of the creation being what it is,
I am limitless.
I am pure consciousness.
That is Isvara's transcendental nature is nothing but my own self.
That is ultimate in surrender.
I surrender my notion of a sense of limitation.
There is no reason for me to hold on to the idea that I am limited,
That I am helpless,
That I am needy.
I am the consciousness,
The asthi,
Bhadi,
Bhriyam.
That informs the creation of name and form and that transcends the name and form.
I am unaffected by the limitations of the body.
I am unaffected by the limitations of the mind.
I am unaffected by the limitations of the intellect.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
This body-mind complex is in I,
The consciousness.
The whole universe is in I,
The consciousness.
The simple,
Silent consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
I am limitless,
Boundless,
Consciousness I am.
