I will chant Om Na Ma Si Va Ya twice.

Please repeat after me.

Om Na Ma Si Va Ya.

Om Na Ma Si Va Ya.

Om Na Ma Si Va Ya.

Om Na Ma Si Va Ya.

Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya Om Namasivaya The mind is relaxed.

There is nothing to be achieved.

Nothing to be accomplished.

However,

There is no anxiety of achieving something,

Of accomplishing something,

Of becoming something.

Here there is no becoming,

Just being.

Being myself as I.

Being with myself.

This is an appointment with myself.

A quality time that I spend with myself.

When I have no agenda.

An appointment with myself.

Just so that I can be with myself.

At this time I have no duty,

No responsibility,

No anxieties.

What is to be done?

I'm just with myself.

I let go of all the various roles I normally play.

Like a husband,

Mother or father.

An employee,

An employer.

A subordinate,

A superior.

A friend,

Or a foe.

At this time there is no role to play.

I'm not mother,

I'm not father.

I'm not husband,

Not wife.

Not servant,

Not master.

Not a friend,

Not an enemy.

I'm just a simple person.

A simple person that plays various roles from morning to evening,

Day in and day out.

There's no time to relax.

At this time all the roles are dropped.

All the responsibility is dropped.

Nothing to accomplish.

Nothing to achieve.

I let go of all my judgments about myself.

I let go of all expectations of myself.

At this time I have no expectations to fulfill.

No expectations will work around me.

And I have no expectations of myself.

Normally I make various demands upon myself.

That I should be different from what I am.

Younger than what I am,

Smarter than what I am,

More good looking than what I am,

Lighter than what I am,

Heavier than what I am.

The expectations I have of myself.

I let go of these expectations.

And accept myself as I am.

I accept myself as I am.

No progress to make.

No changes to make.

No success to achieve.

I accept myself as I am.

I accept my life as it is.

I have many accomplishments in my life.

I have failures also.

The successes and failures.

I accept them as they are.

I have been honored and dishonored,

Respected,

Disrespected,

I have been punished,

I have been sensual.

The hurt has been favorable to me,

Unfavorable to me.

It is all right as it is.

I have no complaints.

Nobody to blame.

Whatever has happened and whatever is,

Is in order.

It is as it should be.

I have no demand in my life to be different from what it is.

I do not compare myself with someone else.

I do not judge myself by the standards of others.

This infinite wisdom God has created me,

Has grown in this life.

This infinite wisdom God has put me through various circumstances.

I have many successes,

Sometimes no success.

It is all in honor.

I am a unique person,

Having a unique place in the scheme of things.

I accept myself as I am.

I respect myself.

I love myself as I am.

I accept my life as it is.

No complaints,

No blaming.

Nor do I blame myself.

I accept my body as it is.

With a fat or lean,

Tall or short,

Male or female,

Young or old,

Fair or dark,

Strong or weak,

Healthy or otherwise.

I accept my body as it is.

With its virtues and limitations,

I accept my body with its strengths and weaknesses.

It is a great gift.

I accept it,

Respect it.

I do not make a demand that is different from what it is.

I am comfortable with my body.

I am comfortable with my life,

With the people around me,

With the situations around me,

With my accomplishments and lack of them.

I am comfortable.

I am comfortable with my body,

With its virtues and limitations.

I am comfortable with my mind.

I accept my emotions as they are.

I recognize that sometimes there is kindness,

Sometimes there is cruelty,

Sometimes there is generosity,

Sometimes there is not.

Sometimes happy,

Sometimes not.

I accept my mind,

My emotions as they are.

The mind is a great gift.

It is true that mind also has limitations,

But it is a great gift nevertheless.

I can feel as a great gift.

I can experience as a great gift.

I can respond as a great gift.

My mind is a great gift.

I accept it,

Respect it.

I am comfortable with my mind,

With my emotions.

I accept my intellect,

With which I know,

With which I decide.

I accept my intellect.

It is a great gift that I can choose,

I can explore,

I can remember.

I can gain new knowledge,

New understanding.

My intellect is a great gift.

I accept it with its virtues and limitations.

I am comfortable with my intellect.

I am comfortable with everything about myself.

Comfortable with my life.

Comfortable with my achievements.

Comfortable with the people around me.

Comfortable with my wife.

Comfortable with my mind.

Comfortable with my intellect.

I am comfortable with no complaints,

No conflict.

I have peace with myself.

And my mind is free from complaint,

Free from draining,

Free from demand.

No demand from the world,

No demand of myself.

A non-demanding,

Non-complaining,

Non-blaming mind.

And hence,

I am at peace with myself.

I am a simple,

Conscious person.

At peace with myself.

I enjoy this peace.

The peace that I experience,

That is my nature.

I am a peaceful,

Silent,

Simple,

Conscious person.

Everything else is incidental.

The peace and anxieties,

Incidental.

Jealousy and anger,

Incidental.

Happy and unhappy,

Incidental.

My wife or husband,

Incidental.

Mother or father,

Incidental.

Success or failure,

Incidental.

They are all the changing aspects of me.

Like the changes taking place on the surface of the ocean.

But just as the ocean is profoundly calm in the bottom and so also the full calmness or peace,

The silence is my nature.

Hidden behind the superficial disturbances but the core and peace that is silence.

I am a simple,

Silent,

Conscious person.

Enjoy the silence that you are when you listen to this chanting.

Do not repeat.

Just listen in silence and enjoy the silence that you are.

I,

At least,

Contented.

Self sufficient.

Peaceful,

Silent,

Simple,

Conscious person.

I.

I am like cold air.

Always there.

Behind all superficial disturbances.

At core.

I am a simple,

Silent,

Conscious person.

At peace.

At the nature of contented sufficiency.

I am a contented,

Sufficient,

Simple,

Conscious person.

I am a simple,

Silent,

Conscious person.

I am a simple,

Conscious person.

I am a simple,

Conscious person.
