Hello you gorgeous human being.

This is Suzy Ashworth quantum transformation and embodiment coach and I am delighted to welcome you to your grounding meditation with the wealth frequency playbook.

So without any further ado,

If it is safe for you to do so,

Please allow your eyes to gently close and just begin to focus your attention on your breath.

And that's it.

Just slowing everything down.

As you focus on just gently inhaling an increasing sense of calm and ease.

Releasing any worries,

Stresses and anxieties.

Just letting go of anything.

Any thoughts,

Feelings,

Stories or beliefs that are not going to serve you over the next few minutes.

That's it.

And whether you are sitting,

Laying,

It doesn't really matter.

But what I want you to focus your attention on is your tailbone.

Just imagine a red beam.

A red laser beam of light coming out of the base of your tailbone.

And down,

Down,

Down.

Right into the core.

Into the centre of the earth.

That's it.

And as that red laser beam comes out of your tailbone I wonder how quickly you can also begin to notice that sense of roots moving gently from the soles of your feet.

Also connecting you to the heart and soul to the core of Mother Earth right now.

So beautiful.

And with every inhalation just gently noticing the slight changes,

Differences that are happening within the body.

Perhaps you notice a slight tingling in the soles of the feet.

The energy of Mother Earth moving slowly up through the ankles,

Calves and shins.

Every inhalation just moving that breath,

The air,

The energy all around your bodies.

Beautiful.

Just allowing that warm,

Red energy to fill your body.

And I invite you to notice right now just how much calmer you feel.

And letting it all go.

And as you sit or lay upon the surface of which you are resting I invite you to just focus your attention on your heart space.

Imagining a door.

And you being able to open the door to the garden of your heart.

And just give yourself permission to walk through that door and into the garden.

And I want you just to notice how beautiful it is.

Noticing the feel of the earth or the grass beneath your feet.

Noticing how solid and stable you feel.

And how fully supported you are in this moment.

I invite you to just look around and notice the beauty.

The beauty in the garden of your heart.

Perhaps you feel it in the beautiful blueness of the sky.

Maybe you hear it in the singing of birds.

Or the smell of the grass.

Or the breeze on your cheeks.

Just noticing how your body fits so perfectly into the surroundings.

And that's it.

Just taking a nice deep breath in.

Feeling the rise and fall of the Buddha belly.

Allowing yourself to just revel in calm,

Peaceful enjoyment.

In the beautiful garden.

Just noticing how much you're able to just let go.

And be beautifully and divinely supported.

In this exquisitely calm,

Safe and beautiful garden.

And if you're not already doing so perhaps you'd like to sit down on the grass now.

Placing your hands by the side of your body.

Palms down.

Feeling the earth beneath the palms of your hands.

Feeling her energy.

Feeling her stability.

Feeling your safeness.

And drinking it in through every cell and pore of your being.

And as you sit there on the grass I just invite you to tune in and listen.

What do you need to hear today?

And as soon as you've received your message you can slowly allow yourself to rise to your feet.

Still noticing the feelings in your souls,

The souls of your feet as you gently begin to walk towards the door of your heart.

And as you once again return to it allow yourself to walk through.

Sinking back into your body.

Allowing your toes to stretch into your toes and your fingers to stretch into your fingers.

And whenever you're ready just allowing your eyes to gently open.

Coming back to the here and now.

Fully present and embodied.

Remembering to embody.

Faith plus action equals miracles.
