I live in mountains high above and in the clouds they touch with love.

I live in valleys deep below and in the caves my light does glow.

Within the heights and far beneath my inner self holds the belief,

The belief that I shall never end as just a spark my soul did send.

A spark from regions far beyond came down below to form a bond.

A bond between the sky and earth,

My spirit into matters birth.

As I awake for a journeys end no need to lie or to pretend.

I am here and I am there.

I am every place and everywhere.

I hold my heart within my mind.

I am the self I seek to find.

My awareness I prepare to wake to know the journey I will take.

Beyond the limits I have known into the oneness I have been shown.

As polarities end so does illusion to heal my heart and clear confusion.

Into the oneness I will go to find the truth that I will know.

Welcome to multidimensional meditations.

Carol and I am happy that you are all out there.

I feel you,

All of your collective consciousness,

All getting ready to move into the oneness with us today.

But what is the oneness and what is the truth?

Well the truth is that there is a oneness and the oneness is not a place.

It is actually a state of consciousness.

So then you might ask so what is a state of consciousness?

Well since this is primarily a meditation show I will take you through these states of consciousness.

I will give you a little bit of a background of consciousness.

And you can look on my site,

The written out of all the information about brain waves and about the other things that I am talking about on today's show.

So settle in and relax and we are going to start with Beta brain waves.

Now our Beta waves are our everyday moving through life state of consciousness.

It's pretty much primarily an outward focus.

So let's take a moment before you get too relaxed and see if you can take a little gauge of yourself and how you feel and how your body feels,

How you feel inside of your body,

How you feel in your world,

In your career,

In your family,

In your home.

And take a moment now and just look at yourself.

How do you view yourself from this state of consciousness of everyday life?

How do you view yourself?

How do you look at you from your outside focus?

Okay now we are going to go into Alpha wave consciousness and for this I am going to help you relax into that.

And again if we can control our breath we can control our mind and focus our mind to our inside.

So I would like you to take a long slow deep breath and breathe down inside your body,

Down down to the inside of your feet and just exhale.

Now as you inhale come up to your calves and as you exhale how does it feel?

Inhale past your knees,

Into your thighs,

As you exhale how does it feel?

Come up to your calves and as you exhale how does it feel?

Inhale past your knees,

Into your thighs,

As you exhale how does it feel?

Now inside breathing up into your hips,

Your lower intestines,

Inside your body,

As you exhale how does it feel?

Now moving up into your stomach area where there is all those pancreas,

Gallbladder,

All those different organs,

All inside,

Inside your body,

As you exhale take a moment to notice how does it feel?

As you inhale up into your heart and your chest,

Again long exhale how does it feel?

Now inhale up to the tops of your shoulders,

Across the back of your neck,

As you exhale allow it to go down your arms,

Past your elbows,

Past your wrists,

Into your hands and as you exhale how does that area feel?

Inside of you.

Now finally we are going to go up inside your head,

Inside your brain,

Feeling inside your brain,

Inside your thoughts and as you exhale just take a long slow moment to relax.

Now alpha brain waves are a split focus where you are seeing outside of yourself as well as inside of yourself.

Alpha waves are happening when we are really enjoying something and our focus is narrowed and we are tuned in to our reactions like if it is music that we really enjoy we can feel the music inside of us.

Also alpha waves are when we are being creative so we are feeling inside of ourselves having a great idea or making a picture or performing athletics and tuning in inside of ourselves so that as we express it outwardly there is a continuation from deep within to out.

Now the other brain wave is theta.

Now the theta brain wave is all inside.

In fact you have to have your eyes closed.

So if your eyes are closed take a moment,

Close your eyes.

Now getting to theta brain wave is what they call the shaman's mind because as you go into theta brain wave you begin to get in touch with the multidimensional reality.

You begin to feel other dimensions around you as being alive and this is when shamans will go on vision quests or you could feel the state of grace and you begin to move into the other dimensions down into the lower dimensions and up into the higher dimensions.

Take a long slow deep breath and just allow yourself to relax into whatever state of consciousness is perfect for you at this moment.

Remember whatever happens is perfect because you are taking this time to be inside of yourself.

Perhaps inside of yourself you hear talking and lots of things going on,

That's fine.

Just relax into it.

Remember the leaves and the bubbles.

Just see the talking go past you.

You have emotions,

Just allow it to come to the surface and release it.

Now you are going to be able to relax into the light of your mind.

Allow yourself to observe yourself,

Your inner self from inside.

Now the next brain wave is delta brain waves.

These are only consciously available to very advanced meditators.

In fact these are the brain waves when somebody is in a coma.

But what happens is when we go into delta waves we are able to soothe our brain waves and we are able to disconnect with our physical world that we can become our full multidimensional self.

So what is our multidimensional self?

Our multidimensional self is all the portions of our self that we truly are but have forgotten.

Most of us have forgotten that actually we are the one.

We are the one.

We are the one that has come into our mind.

We are the light of the one.

We are the spirit that has come into matter at our birth.

And when we were born we passed through a great prism into the third dimension to inhabit our physical earth vessel,

Our body.

But we are not just our body.

We are the light that fills our body.

Take a long slow moment now and as you focus on the top of your head I'd like you to inhale and breathe down that light all the way down to your feet.

And inhale again and breathe down that light all the way down to the base of your spine.

Focus on that light and breathe down that light to your navel.

Focus on that light and breathe down that light to your navel.

Focus on that light,

Breathe down that light into your solar plexus.

Focus on that light and breathe down that light into your heart.

Focus on the light,

Bring it down into your throat.

Breathe it down into your third eye and stay with the light.

Well we've talked a lot about dimensional consciousness and multidimensional consciousness and so I'd like to give you all some experiences of that.

And again I will have it all written out on the I Am Radio Yahoo group.

You can download that if you want to get some more information.

But right now just take a moment to allow the experience of it.

So the first thing that I'm going to ask you to experience is your first dimensional consciousness.

Remember how we breathed the light into your body,

And ended up with the light filling your mind.

I'd like you now to focus your attention on your mind screen,

Which is between your eyes in the center of your forehead.

And you can just visualize yourself that you're in an old fashioned movie theater with the big heavy curtains and the gauze curtains underneath and the fancy chandeliers.

But you're the only one in this theater because it's just for you.

And you're sitting right in the exact middle of the theater.

And behind you and up above you is the projector and directly in front of you is the screen.

The light comes from the projector onto the screen.

But since you are creating this movie,

The light also comes into your top of your head and out through your third eye,

Your mind screen in between your eyes in the center of your forehead and projects onto the screen.

Visualize this inverted triangle going directly to the screen and then at the same time into your top of your head and out through your third eye onto the screen.

Take a moment,

Relax into that vision,

Feel yourself sitting in the very comfortable movie theater seat.

And gradually you see the heavy curtains part and now the gauze curtains part.

And what you see in front of you is an atom,

A first dimensional point of consciousness.

Your first dimensional consciousness is awareness as a point.

So for you to be a first dimensional consciousness being,

You would be like an atom of carbon that makes up your body or a drop of water that makes up the ocean or just a bit of air,

A molecule of oxygen that makes up the sky.

From this perspective you are only aware of yourself.

As you look inside of you,

However,

More deeply inside of you,

You realize that you are actually a gateway between the macrocosm and the microcosm.

And as you look deeper into your core,

You find that there is a core of the core which is the core of your core.

Just allow yourself to float into this darkness that is denser than you could ever imagine.

But then you see a spark of light.

As you move towards that light,

The darkness turns to a charcoal gray and gradually you see the light.

It's evident.

As you continue your journey,

You see the light is oscillating within itself.

You zoom in closer to see that there is a nucleus with orbiting electrons and protons.

And you move through the electrons and protons like a spaceship flying through the rings of Saturn straight into the core.

And something is dancing in the light.

Couples of long angular bodies like snakes are joining.

It is one DNA strand finding its mate.

You are your DNA.

You are the basis and the core of your entire body and that is your first dimensional consciousness.

In your second dimensional consciousness,

This is where you are your animal self.

So feel yourself as the animal that you live in.

We're mammals.

We lose touch with that.

Maybe so more evolved than some and maybe less evolved than maybe the cystaceans,

The whales and the porpoises,

The dolphins.

Feel yourself as this mammal.

Your awareness is now extended beyond a point and into a line.

You feel yourself.

Perhaps you have hooves firmly planted on the ground and your instincts can tell you where you need to travel on that ground.

Your instincts can tell you where to go for water.

Perhaps you have wings where your arms are and a beak where your nose is.

And your empathy allows you to tune into your flock,

To tune into your herd.

So when they say it's safe to relax,

You all relax.

When they say oops,

Time to leave,

We all leave in an instant.

Now take a breath and you expand your consciousness to your third dimensional self.

Now take a moment and look at yourself as a member of the planet.

Not so much just a member of humanity but a member of all of the multidimensional beings that make up this planet.

And as this member you have five senses.

Vision and you can look around.

Hearing.

Listen to what else you hear.

Maybe voices inside your head,

Besides mine.

Touch,

Reach out,

Touch something,

Soft,

Warm,

Fuzzy.

Smell,

Smell,

What are you smelling?

And taste,

What is the taste?

What do you taste inside your mouth?

Now take another breath.

We're moving up into your fourth dimensional consciousness which is awareness as a point,

A line,

Breadth,

Height,

Volume and time.

To best understand your fourth dimensional consciousness,

Think of your dreams.

Think how in your dreams at one point you're yourself,

At another point you're observing yourself,

At one point you're walking someplace and at another point you're just there and you don't even know how you got there or perhaps everything changed.

That's how it is in the fourth dimension.

Things change.

As we become aligned with our fourth dimensional self we are able to use some of our higher senses like our higher vision to become clairvoyant and see the higher dimensional beings around us.

Our higher hearing which is our higher audience to be able to hear some of the higher dimensional and lower dimensional like the earth,

The trees,

The breeze as well as vision.

Our consciousness expands as we hear higher dimensions we also perceive lower dimensions.

Clarisentience.

Clarisentience is all of these pulled together and like a higher sense of touch,

Higher sense of smell that you can just know that something's going to happen and our intuition,

That gut feeling that is like our instinct but a little more focused on our humanity and maybe not as focused on our animal self,

Our interaction with the entire planet.

Now take a big breath.

We're moving to your fifth dimensional consciousness which is where the oneness begins.

Fifth dimensional consciousness is awareness of a length,

Breath,

Height,

Volume,

Time and spirit and our fifth dimension and our fifth dimensional consciousness and our fifth dimensional self is when we begin to become one with who we truly are,

The beautiful multidimensional beings that have sent a spark down into our clay vessel to learn about the experience of being a third dimensional being.

Now in order to really breathe into our fifth dimensional self I'm going to ask you to imagine that there is no separation,

That you can look around the world and see the subatomic particles that connect everything.

You can look around the world,

You can see the higher frequency light that is emanating from every being on the planet and the polarities of good,

Bad,

He,

She,

Love,

Fear,

They're merged in the oneness where there are no polarities and within that oneness there is great precognition because you are free of the confines of time you know what will happen.

There is telepathy because you are at one with everyone you can know what they are saying,

What they are thinking.

There is telekinesis where you can move objects with your mind as well as your body and there is illumination,

That which we seek.

Now take a long slow moment and allow yourself to drift in to however it is that you would imagine the land of complete unity.

Play a little bit of music.

Pretty nice huh?

Well,

But you might have a question here and this is what I am going to answer.

Your question might be if I am this great multidimensional being then why don't I know it?

And the answer is that you forgot.

And why did you forget?

Because we came to the land where there is fear.

Fear separates,

It separates us and it puts us apart.

On the other hand love unites us and joins us.

Unfortunately there is a lot of fear in our third dimensional reality.

So within that fear we have forgotten our true self.

Well,

How can we release that fear?

I am going to give you some exercises right now.

The first one I call breathing out fear.

I am going to ask you to take three long slow deep breaths and as you breathe in exhale that your consciousness gets larger and relax.

Breathe in again and as you exhale your consciousness,

Your body,

The envelope that defines you,

Larger still.

Breathe in third time.

This time as you exhale you fill the entire room,

Fill the entire house,

You fill your reality.

Now,

You have seen with yourself being so expanded there are actually spaces in between the particles of your matter.

You can also see with your enhanced fifth dimensional vision the vapors of fear,

Dark kind of clouds or wispy,

Smoky elements of fear.

But it doesn't bother you because you are big enough the fear moves right through those spaces and as it moves through the spaces do not attach,

Relax.

Simply allow the fear to flow through you.

Just flows right through you.

Not a problem.

You are bigger than fear.

You are more expanded than fear.

Why?

Because you love yourself.

Because you have allowed yourself,

Your multidimensional self to love you.

We will talk a lot about that in the future.

Now,

I would like to give you a few exercises just for your daily life about letting go of fear.

Now,

Fear is anything from oh my gosh to look out,

Okay?

It's alright.

If you can catch it at oh my gosh then it probably won't progress to terror.

Floating anxiety,

That's fear.

This exercise is to help you to identify if fear is really a danger or just a feeling.

Just a feeling that you picked up from living in the past about something that you are afraid might happen again or living in the future about something that you are afraid just might happen or maybe you are just picking it up with your empathy from somebody else and it's not even your fear at all.

So rather than constantly pushing that fear into your unconscious and trying to ignore it,

Take a moment to feel it so you can differentiate it.

Is this a danger or is this just a feeling?

If the fear is a danger,

Act on it.

If the fear is a feeling,

Breathe it out.

As you go through your day identifying the feel of fear,

If it needs to be acted on,

Things like that memo should be in five minutes ago,

Okay,

Get it in right now.

If it's just that you are afraid the memo wasn't good enough,

Let it go.

Memo is there.

Notice,

Does the fear bubble up from your unconscious self,

Some inside of you so that you can release it?

Great,

Breathe it out,

Let it go.

Notice,

Did you have a thought that created that fear?

Oh,

I can't do that.

That's too much for me.

Identify the thought,

Let the thought go too.

Gradually,

Without effort,

Allow fear to lose its power.

Imagine the fear getting smaller and smaller and smaller as you move further and further into your expanded self.

Tell yourself,

Fear is,

But it is not me.

This one called listening to your thoughts.

Since most of us seldom stop our activity and choose to take a moment to just listen to our thoughts,

I'm going to encourage you to do that now.

What are you saying?

Are you saying something that is demeaning?

Are you saying something that frightens you?

Let it go.

Let go of the thought,

Let go of the fear that you just created.

What are you saying about your life that makes you feel out of control and frightened?

Release the thought,

Release the fear that you created.

What are you thinking about your world?

There's a lot of things that could make us frightened.

Let go of the thought,

Let go of the fear.

What are you saying about others that gives them power over you?

Oh,

They're better than me,

Or I'll never get as good as them,

Or how come they did that to me?

I tried my best.

That's giving them the power.

Let go of the thought,

Let go of the fear that you created with your thoughts.

Are you taking responsibility?

Are you taking responsibility for the responsibilities that you have and the duties that you are not able to do?

If so,

Take a moment.

Do you need to act on it,

Or do you not really need to do it?

Let go of it.

If it truly is your responsibility,

You can allow that little reminder,

That little,

You should be doing this.

That's fine.

You can do that.

And then afterwards,

Let it go.

The mantra is,

Mantra is a word to be repeated.

I now take all power I have ever given to any person,

Place,

Situation,

Or thing,

And I own it for myself.

Now,

I'm going to give you an opportunity to imagine a world without fear.

Now,

I know this takes a lot of imagination,

But I'm going to ask you to do it anyway.

Imagine a world free of worry.

If you didn't have worry,

What would you think about?

What would you feel?

Imagine what you would do instead of worry.

Imagine a world free of conflict.

Imagine what your life would be like.

How would your communications be?

How would your relationships be?

Imagine a world without money.

Imagine what the answer to your problems would be when it isn't getting more money.

Imagine a reality when your value system is not based on monetary wealth.

What would you value then?

Imagine a world without longing.

Imagine what you would long for when you had everything.

Imagine what would make you feel fulfilled.

Imagine a world without separation.

Imagine how you would relate to others when you are united with everyone.

Imagine a reality where you commune rather than communicate.

Imagine a world where you love your body.

How would you look?

What would you eat?

What would you do?

Imagine a world without death.

Imagine how you would feel without the fear of death.

Imagine what you would do when there was no time limits,

No beginning,

No ending.

And last and not least,

Imagine a world without fear.

Imagine how will you love without fear.

Imagine where will you live without fear.

Imagine what will you do without fear.

Imagine who will you be without fear.

And when will you be without fear.

Focus on what you want,

Not on what you fear.

That's what it says above the doorway to the fifth dimension.

I had a dream or was it a nightmare?

I can't remember much but I do remember the fear,

The fear of the unknown.

I was somewhere,

Anywhere,

It doesn't matter.

What mattered was the noise.

It was a noise like a loud knock,

A knock of something or someone who wanted in.

When I heard this knock,

The area around the noise started to decompose into a circular pattern.

The wall,

The furniture,

The floor began to morph into something different,

Something that looked kind of like liquid light.

I was terrified and so was everyone around me.

There were many children who needed my protection.

Were these the children outside of me or the children inside of me?

I too needed comfort and I clung to my mate for love and safety.

What was this phenomenon and what could I do to stop it?

Those around me looked for my intervention but I was too afraid.

How could I help anyone when I was so frightened myself?

Well,

Of course I couldn't.

First,

Before I could help anyone else,

I would have to confront the fear that I harbored inside of me.

Then it happened again,

Louder than ever before and the children ran to me for cover.

I had to do something.

I had to face my fear for them.

The circular pattern appeared on the floor just before me with its unusual light.

I knew that love could conquer all fear but could I find the conviction to put that knowledge into action?

Could I take the risk to love that which I feared?

I leaned forward and sent all the unconditional love that I could find in my heart to the swirling circle just before me.

The love that coursed through my body eased my fear and gave me the courage to bend over and tentatively stroke the air just above the circle of fear,

Much like I would stroke a frightened child.

In just a few moments I was actually able to lovingly stroke the circle itself.

Slowly the circle eased its swirl and the ground before me became normal.

But was it normal?

Was it normal for everything to be hard and dense and filled with fear?

Or was it normal for everything to be a swirling vertex of liquid light?

What was it that was trying to enter my reality and why did it frighten me so?

I only know that it has changed my world just for a moment and made all the things that had been dense and hard into a swirling vortex of light.

I guess I will find out later if my dream was a warning of destruction or the promise of transformation.

Only time will answer that question but at least now I am not afraid.

And that is the challenge that we all have.

Can we love that which we fear?

Now this isn't love like we would love a boyfriend or love our child.

This is unconditional love.

It's compassion.

It's realizing that fear does exist in a polarized reality such as our third dimensional world.

However we are not just third dimensional.

We are multidimensional.

Take a moment now and let's review all the many dimensions of our self.

Take a long slow deep breath and feel your DNA,

Your atoms,

The molecules of your being.

Feel the animal,

The mammal,

Your instincts,

Your empathy.

Feel your physical form which appears to be all that you are.

And now expand it to your fourth dimensional,

Your dream self where time chooses itself and fluctuates with our thoughts and with our feelings.

How long is five minutes when you're trapped in traffic?

How long is five minutes when you're doing something that you dearly love and enjoy?

And now think of the fifth dimension,

The oneness,

The place where we have come from,

The state of consciousness that we are trapped inside that 90% of our DNA,

80 to 85% of our brain.

We are just the shell.

We are just the seed.

We are getting ready to bloom.

Practice practice choosing to release fear.

Now in closing,

Allow yourself to settle in,

Feel your feet firmly planted on the earth,

Feel the mother beneath you,

Feel how she protects us and how she gives us a home upon which we can remember ourself and allow her great essence to come up from your feet as you breathe it up past your knees,

Up past your hips,

Up past your navel,

Up past your solar plexus and into the base of your heart.

Now take another moment and feel above you,

Your spirit self,

Your true light.

Feel that light swirling around everywhere,

Always.

Just because our third dimensional senses have filtered it out doesn't mean it's not there.

It is always.

Breathe it in through the top of your head and down past your third eye,

Down past your heart and down into your heart and as spirit into matter meet there is a burst of light and the great star being that you are becomes awake,

Aware,

In control of your life.

Take a moment here,

Have a little bit of soft music and allow yourself to gradually and slowly come back to your everyday life.

But is it the same or have you made it different?

Remember release fear and choose love,

Choose love.

That was really good. But I prefer if it focused more on the high dimensional self rather than it feeling like I'm in school.

Thanks, for the clarification of my perception of the levels of my being. The appearance of the message is somewhat unspectacular, jet the experience in the self is profound and expanding for consciousness.
