The Eternal Now

The ego self lives in the time track of birth and death, past, and future. When we live in time we are limited by our past and our beliefs. Our true self does not live in time it is Timeless, it is the eternal now. This is the origin of all life, this is the Consciousness where new possibilities arise, this is unconditional love and peace. In this guided meditation you will be guided to the eternal now.
