We often look at objects, people, and situations from our past conditioning and past knowledge. How would it be to look from the eyes of the Now, the eyes of the Oneness, the eyes of Love which is pure and free of the past? If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, Infinite - William Blake. Do share your experience and join my live sessions if you resonate with this sharing. Hello and welcome to this guided session.

In this session we will explore how it is to see life from the eyes of love,

From the eyes of oneness.

The heart or the divine mind is the truthful and spiritual aspect of our identity which knows the essential oneness that permeates all life.

This oneness can be called divine love,

Consciousness or spirit.

The ego mind on the other hand is that aspect of us which divides every experience into me and other,

Me and life,

Me and my experience.

The ocean is one and the many waves are the modulation of the ocean.

The waves are not separated from the ocean or from the other waves.

It is all one.

Similarly our world appears as a multiplicity of forms but in essence we are one.

In essence we are the one divine life.

Sit comfortably and give yourself permission to relax from your responsibilities for the duration of this meditation.

Value this time and stay away from distractions.

Look at a plant in your room or outside your window.

If you do not have a plant you can look at any object.

Allow your awareness to flow into the plant.

Simply notice.

Notice gently.

Notice without judgments,

Labels or opinions.

If thoughts arise bring your awareness back to the seeing of the plant.

Look at this plant with wonder,

Curiosity like you're seeing it for the first time.

Our normal way of seeing is seeing from the mind which says I know what this is.

In real seeing,

The seeing comes from a space of openness,

Wonder,

Curiosity not from a space of I know but rather from a space of I don't know.

Who are you?

What are you?

So look at the plant like this.

What is this?

Notice the colors.

The space between the leaves.

The space around the plant.

Notice the space that connects you to the plant.

You are now seeing with new eyes devoid of conditioning,

Judging,

Labeling.

You are seeing with the eyes of wonder,

Eyes of love.

As you're being aware of this plant or object,

Notice the simplicity of the now.

Can you notice that you are more relaxed?

Now move your awareness to another object.

Maybe in a new direction now.

Allow your awareness to flow into the object.

Notice very gently the space around the object.

The space that connects you to the object.

Look at this object like you're seeing it for the first time.

What is this?

You do not want knowledge.

You want to know from your heart.

You want to experience this object,

Not know about it.

You do not want to know concepts.

You want to experience this object directly.

Without the filter of thoughts,

Ideas,

Judgments.

Notice the colors,

The shapes.

Notice the space around the object.

Notice how still the object is.

How beautifully the space around the object holds the object.

Simply notice,

Simply be aware.

What is this in my experience?

Can I see it?

Now notice all the space in the room.

Notice the various objects.

And see how beautifully the space holds every single object with equal love and care.

Notice the space around the object.

Notice the colors,

The shapes.

Equal love and care.

The space does not differentiate,

It does not label,

It does not judge.

Notice the space.

As you notice space,

Notice the sense of okayness.

Notice the simplicity of the here and now.

How simple life is when you let everything be.

Let yourself be.

Let the now be.

This is a beautiful way of living life fully and completely from the heart.

Please try this in your everyday life.

Watch the sky,

The ocean,

The flowers,

The trees,

The birds from the eyes of the heart.

It is easier to begin with nature but at some point very easily and naturally you can look at people with the eyes of the heart.

I hope you enjoyed this meditation.

Thank you and I wish you love and happiness.

Thank you it was a very nice meditation πŸ™practicing being/seeing from the heart is also very rewarding to do with animals like dogs, horses, cats and many others because they respond back the energy unobstructed, without judgements. The animals saved my life many times, especially before I had my daily yoga practice, thank you for your valuable and gentle teachings πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™
