Hello and welcome to this guided session.
I'm going to share with you some powerful contemplations.
These contemplations will help you recognize your true spiritual nature,
Your true self.
Set aside logic,
Intellect and past spiritual knowledge.
Approach these contemplations with openness and curiosity.
Value your direct experience.
A direct experience is an experience or understanding that is not dependent on words,
The mind or language.
The answers are for you to recognize in your direct experience.
Trust your direct experience.
Embrace the question.
Live the answer.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
You can say a little prayer to the divine saying,
I really want to know who I am beyond this body-mind.
I want to know my true self.
Please bless this meditation.
Please bless this time.
As you sit with your eyes closed,
Drop the entire past.
Just have the intention.
It is enough.
Drop the entire past.
Drop the entire future.
With no past and no future,
What remains?
Right here,
Right now,
There is no past,
No future.
What remains?
Have you deteriorated in any way?
Have you reduced in any way?
Has life reduced in any way?
No past,
No future.
What remains?
If thoughts arise,
It's not a problem.
Just remind yourself that you have dropped the past,
You have dropped the future,
And you want to experience your life directly in the now without time.
How do you exist with no past and no future?
The next contemplation is,
How would the now be without any language?
How would you experience life without any language?
Just for the next few minutes,
Feel that you do not know any language.
Do not allow language into your consciousness.
I will keep reminding you,
No language,
No language,
No language.
The pointing,
The words I'm using are still in language,
But they take you to the place,
Space,
And consciousness which is beyond language.
No language.
How do you experience yourself when you don't touch language?
Now for the last contemplation,
How does it feel to offer no resistance to the now?
How does it feel to be completely open?
Your true self is complete openness,
Total openness.
It allows everything to be.
The ego self is that part of you that craves certain experiences and resists other experiences.
How does it feel to be completely open and not offer any resistance to the now?
How does it feel to allow the now to be?
How does it feel to just be?
Dropping all ideas of becoming,
Doing,
Making things better,
Making life better,
Such a burden.
Just allow yourself to be.
When you allow yourself to be,
You are in your true self.
You are in the consciousness that is infinite power,
Infinite love,
Infinite wisdom.
Action arises from a higher level of consciousness.
Life transforms when you live from your true self.
These contemplations are very,
Very powerful and they really take you into the direct experience of your true self.
Ultimately,
The true self is not an experience.
It is who you are.
But since we're caught in the ego mind,
We need to practice these contemplations so that we keep remembering who we are.
Please practice this regularly and enjoy being who you are.
May the divine bless you with love,
Peace and happiness.
Namaste.
