This meditation will help you move from the mind to the heart. The duration is intentionally short so that you can listen to it many times during the day, to take a beautiful and calming peaceful pause. These pauses will help you feel renewed and you will be able to move through the day with grounded energy. The mind is closeness and the Heart is the Openness of the Now. In this meditation, we place our awareness on the space behind our eyes.

Hello and welcome to this guided session.

Let us take a peaceful pause.

Close your eyes.

Place your hand at the center of the chest.

Give yourself permission to relax.

Become aware of the space behind your eyes.

Simply place your awareness on the space behind your eyes.

For the next few minutes forget about your to-do lists.

Forget about the past.

Forget about the future.

Forget about other people.

Forget about the world.

Place all your awareness on the space behind your eyes.

Relax.

Be aware of the space behind your eyes.

Give yourself permission to let go of everything,

Everything and place all your awareness on the space behind your eyes.

Notice how peaceful it feels.

Be aware of the space behind your eyes.

Relax.

Notice how peaceful you feel.

Dropping all the rules and responsibilities,

The idea of past and future.

This peace that you feel is your natural state.

Feel grateful for this peace and know that this is my natural state.

It is my divine quality.

Take a peaceful pause many times during the day.

It is an act of love and it helps you to surrender to a higher power.
