Hello and welcome to this guided session.
In this session you will recognize that there is an unconditional divine peace which is right here right now.
Peace of the ego mind is conditional and depends on outer circumstances.
Peace of the divine,
Peace of the heart is unconditional and omnipresent.
There is no need to seek peace.
All that is needed is your conscious recognition of the peace that is present in the here and now.
I will guide you through a few meditations or exercises which will help you recognize that peace is your natural state.
Let us begin.
Look at any object in your surrounding.
Drop any labels or judgments.
Let your soft attention or awareness flow into the object and touch it.
Notice the space around the object.
Notice the space between you and the object.
Notice the space that connects you to the object.
Now notice how still the object is.
Keep noticing space around the object between you and the object and the stillness of the object.
Be more interested in the space and stillness of the object rather than the details of the object.
Value space.
Be aware of space.
What happens when you become aware of space?
Do you notice that you relax,
You feel calmer?
Do you notice the sense of peace?
When you are aware of space,
You are aware of peace.
Recognize that peace is here right now.
Now close your eyes and become aware of your breath.
Become aware of the gap between the in and the out breath.
Become aware of the silence between the in and the out breath.
Become aware of the stillness between the in and the out breath.
Become aware of the stillness between the in and the out breath.
If thoughts arise,
Bring your awareness back to the silence and stillness between the in and the out breath.
What happens when you value the silence and stillness between the in and out breath?
You realize peace.
You realize the depth of the statement,
Be still and know God.
You have now moved away from the thoughts of the mind to the divine qualities of silence and stillness.
You have moved from time to the eternal divine now.
Now place your hand at the center of the chest.
Be aware of the space between the hand and the chest.
Notice the sensation of the hand on the chest.
The area of the chest is the space of the physical heart,
Emotional heart and the spiritual heart.
This is a gateway to your divine,
Infinite,
Formless nature.
Make sure your eyes are closed and keep your awareness on the space between the hand and the chest.
Now notice that the space is not limited to the area between the hand and the chest,
Rather it extends in all directions.
Be aware of this dimensionless,
Open,
Empty presence.
You have a form identity which is time bound and a formless identity which is spiritual and eternal.
You are very familiar with the form identity and you are now experiencing your formless divine identity.
This openness,
This emptiness,
This spaciousness is your true self.
Keep noticing the spaciousness.
If thoughts arise,
It's not a problem.
Do not follow it,
Do not value it.
Bring your awareness back to this emptiness,
Spaciousness,
Openness of your true self.
I Excellence.
You are recognizing.
You are recognizing the peace of your true self,
The peace of your spiritual self.
This is your true nature.
Life flows from two streams.
The ego stream which centers around thoughts,
Time and division.
It is very very limited and causes a lot of suffering in our life.
The second stream is the divine stream which is the now.
It is unlimited,
Omnipotent and infinite.
In this meditation,
You have recognized the divine aspect of yourself.
The more you value and return to the divine qualities,
The more grace enters your life.
As you repeat these meditations,
The peace becomes more and more tangible and this peace permeates all areas of your life.
You do not have to wait for people or circumstances to change to find peace.
Instead find the peace within.
Find the peace in your divine self and let the outer world mirror this inner peace.
