Only I Am - Spiritual Solution To Conflict

This meditation will be helpful to listeners who are on the path to awakening as it touches on the truth that there is no two. All conflicts and problems stem from the assumption of a ‘me’ and 'other'. In this meditation, we explore this assumption of two and realize that there is only one presence, which is the "I Am" within you and me. It’s a beautiful awakening meditation. Hello and welcome.

This is Susheeta and in this session I will be addressing spiritual solution to conflict.

The spiritual solution to conflict is in realizing that a conflict requires two.

It requires two people,

Two different ideas,

Two different goals and in spirit,

In consciousness there is no two.

There is only the one divine essence.

Close your eyes and feel the open empty presence and sense the feeling I am here.

Sense the open empty presence and realize that it has no dimensions,

No beginning or end,

No shape or color.

It is empty of form but yet it is full.

It is full of a substanceless substance which we can call spirit or consciousness.

Just realize the presence I am.

Just sense it.

I am here.

I am here.

Sense the peace,

The unconditional peace.

I am.

I am here.

I am here.

I have no form,

No color,

No shape,

No beginning or end,

No gender,

No name,

No religion but I am here.

In your own direct experience check if there is another.

Is there another presence apart from the I am presence that you are?

Does your presence stop somewhere and another presence then begins from there or is it only your presence?

Determine this in your own direct experience.

Can you come to the conclusion only I am here?

Only I am.

There is no other.

Only I am.

There is no other.

Only I am.

Only I am.

There is no other.

Only my divine life is here.

There is no other life.

Only my perfect life is here.

There is no second life.

How can a conflict arise when the truth is only I am.

There is no other.

Only I am.

Only I am.

There is no other.

I see many forms appearing in my daily life but I am the infinite,

Invisible identity of all forms that I see.

Only I am,

There is no other.

As I am the only presence,

All the peace that I'm seeking for is within me.

As I am the only presence,

All the fulfillment that I'm seeking is all within me.

As I am the only presence,

All the love that I seek is right here within me.

Only I am,

There is no other.

I am the only source and substance of all the peace,

All the fulfillment and all the happiness that I seek in the outer world.

Only I am,

There is no other.

I am the only consciousness.

I am spirit,

Infinite,

Eternal,

Never born,

Cannot die.

I'm here.

I'm awake.

I recognize myself and I recognize myself as the identity of all forms.

The outer world is a mere reflection of my consciousness.

I have been looking for solutions outside.

I have been looking for happiness outside.

I've been looking for all fulfillment in the outer world,

Not realizing that the outer is a mere reflection of the inner.

I have ignored my own true self and depended on the world and now I'm awake and I realize that I am the source of all peace.

I am the source of all love.

I am infinite peace.

I'm infinite love.

I'm eternal love,

Not a love that changes.

I'm eternal love and a conflict in the outer world is waking me up to the fact that I still think that there is another and it's a beautiful opportunity for me to awaken to the fact that only I am,

There is no other.

I recognize the harmony that is already in me.

I value this harmony.

I'm grateful for this inner harmony and I move in the outer world from this inner harmony and this true I am presence will guide this outer form.

Only I am,

There is no other.
