Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
In this meditation,
You will realize yourself as a knower of everything that is perceived.
As a knower,
You are in a witnessing position and you are no longer at the mercy of what you perceive.
The known includes thoughts,
Emotions,
Body sensations,
Sounds,
Tastes etc.
Basically,
Everything that you are aware of or perceive is the known you.
Your true self is the knower of everything that arises.
It is very important to know this difference that everything that you perceive is the known and you are the one knower.
The known keeps varying but the knower is constant.
The witnessing consciousness is an aspect of your true spiritual self and this takes you to a higher,
Wiser and more powerful and loving level of consciousness.
This higher level of consciousness allows us to see experiences,
People and situations from neutrality and wisdom.
This clear seeing firstly makes us more peaceful and secondly allows a solution or a decision to emerge if needed.
When emotions are intense,
It is advisable to work on the emotional healing.
Please note that the absolute truth is that everything is the true self and the true self is the only presence which appears as everything in the world of form.
However,
We need to go through this intermediate step of differentiating between the knower and the known to break free from the ego mind.
Let us begin the guided meditation.
Please close your eyes,
Relax,
Become aware of the breath.
Realize that you are the knower of the breath and the breath is the known.
See clearly the difference between the knower and the known.
I am the knower of the breath.
Again,
Become very clear.
I am the knower of the breath.
I am the knower.
The breath is known.
Now,
Become aware of the weight of the body,
The sensation of weight.
Realize that you are the knower of the weight of the body.
The weight of the body is the known.
You are the knower.
See clearly the difference between the knower and the known and stay in the position of I am the knower.
Now,
Be aware of this voice.
You are the knower of the sound of this voice.
The sound of these words.
You are the knower.
This voice,
The sound is the known.
You are also the knower of the silence between words.
You are the knower,
The words and the silence between.
Be clear that you are the knower and this voice is the known.
Thoughts cause us a lot of suffering because we believe every thought that arises.
If you can see clearly that you are the knower of thought and thought is a known,
You will experience immense freedom.
You will no longer be at the mercy of thoughts.
As thoughts arise spontaneously and automatically as it's an old habit,
Be aware that you are the knower of thoughts and the thought is the known.
See clearly the difference between the knower and the known.
Become more interested in the silence between thoughts and realize that you are the knower of thought and you are the knower of the silence between thoughts.
I will remind you to move your awareness to the silence between thoughts and really see that I am the knower.
I have a choice.
I can move my awareness to the silence of my true self.
Stay in the position of the knower.
Be aware of the silence between thoughts.
Don't fight thoughts.
Simply move your awareness to the silence between thoughts.
Keep looking for the silence between thoughts.
Do not value the content of thoughts.
Value the silence between thoughts.
Keep looking for the silence between thoughts.
Value the silence between thoughts.
Keep looking for the silence between thoughts.
Value the silence between thoughts.
Keep looking for the silence between thoughts.
Value the silence between thoughts.

I'm very clear.
I am the knower of thought.
Thought is the known.
It keeps changing.
Thoughts are sometimes positive,
Sometimes negative,
Sometimes neutral.
They keep changing.
But you,
The knower,
You are unchanging.
You are eternal.
All thoughts report to you.
You have the power.
You have the wisdom.
You have the love.
You are the love.
When this meditation is practiced regularly,
You will gain the ability to not follow thoughts and choose silence instead.
You will learn to trust in the silence of your true self.
You will realize that when you are still,
You are actually knowing God.
Also,
As you practice recognizing yourself as the knower of everything perceived,
You will live life from a higher level of consciousness.
You will live life from the witnessing level of consciousness.
This level of consciousness transforms your life.
Yes,
It takes time and effort to live from this consciousness of love and wisdom.
But every effort is worth the unconditional love and peace that permeates our life.
