Hello and welcome to this guided session.
This meditation will help you to be anchored in the now.
It is seen that for most people the focus is on the past or the future not the now.
The truth is the past is gone and we cannot change it or hold on to it.
The future is an imagination which may or may not turn out the way we imagine it to be.
The past is not here nor is the future.
What is real?
What is here?
It is the now.
But most times the now is seen as a transition point to some beautiful perfect future just around the corner.
This has been the assumption all our life.
We create our life from this energy of incompleteness and lack.
The ego mind says the now is not enough.
It is not good enough but there will come a time when everything will be fine.
In this way we keep waiting for life to happen and life is slipping away.
The now is not a transition point.
It is a field of infinite possibilities.
It is freedom.
It is newness.
It is completeness.
When we realize the beauty and completeness of the now we co-create our life from completeness and wholeness rather than incompleteness and lack.

Notice the space around the object.

Allow your awareness to touch the object with love and tenderness.
Notice how still the object is.
Now move your awareness to another object.

Be aware of the space around the object.

Now become aware of the space in the room.
Simply and gently observe the space in the room.
Notice how the space holds all objects with love and care.
Can you notice that as you observe space,
You feel so calm?

This is the reality of the now.

Find grace manifests in the peace and stillness of the now.
Live life from this energy of wholeness and peace and allow grace to enter your life.
