This audio is a step-by-step guidance for healing a negative,
Contracted or difficult emotion.
It is a part of the course Emotional Healing with Divine Love and Surrender.
This is a generic audio.
Please take complete responsibility for the use of this audio.
We will begin the healing process now.
Sit comfortably with your back supported.
If you feel like cover your legs with a blanket and make sure that you are warm and comfortable.
This is a preparation for the healing.
Keep your eyes open throughout the healing process.
This helps in not following the flow of thoughts.
Now bring to your awareness the core emotion that is bothering you.
Tell the emotion,
I see you and I know that you want to be loved.
Understand that no matter what the difficult emotion is,
At the core it is lack of love.
Make a note of the intensity of the emotion on a scale of 0 to 10.
Now say a prayer,
Divine Parent,
I do not know why this emotion is here,
Nor do I know how to heal it,
But I do know by the power of your love and light you can heal this emotion and restore it to love and peace.
I am now surrendering this emotion and this situation to you.
Now the emotion and the situation is in the hands of the Divine.
Let your awareness move to any object in the room.
Feel your awareness touching the object.
Notice the space between you and the object.
Notice the space around the object.
Notice the color and shape of the object.
Slowly notice.
Now notice how still the object is.
Notice the stillness of the object.
I want to remind you that as you are moving your awareness on space and objects,
The Divine is present in your room right now.
The Divine is healing the lack of love to love.
The omnipresence and omnipotence of the Divine is here right now.
Know and trust the Divine Source.
Now move your awareness to another object,
Maybe in another direction now.
Feel your awareness touching the object.
Notice the space between you and the object.
Notice the space around the object.
Notice the shape and the color.
Notice the stillness of the object.
Notice all the space in the room.
Now look to your left and notice space.
Look to your right and notice space.
Look in front of you and notice space.
Turn around.
Look behind and notice space.
Look at the ceiling and notice space.
Now bring your awareness to the body.
Notice the sense of weight.
Notice that your back is supported.
Notice that breathing is happening.
Take a few gentle breaths in and out.
Now become aware of any heavy sensations in the body.
Acknowledge that heaviness.
Realize that it too is a lack of love which was stuck in the body and has now come to the surface to be released,
To be loved,
To be seen.
Acknowledge the heaviness.
Breathe into that heaviness.
Please have the attitude of breathing and helping the heaviness,
Not wanting to get rid of it.
You are helping it.
Tell the body I'm helping you and breathe gently and softly into the heaviness.
The intention is enough.
Breathe in love into that heaviness and breathe out.
Also realize that though there is heaviness in some part of the body,
The rest of the body is relaxed.
This would be a good time to give yourself a loving self-massage.
Place your hands on your head and slowly breathe in and out.
Massage your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Chest.
You may notice that the body is receiving the love from you,
The body relaxes.
Massage the abdomen,
The entire back.
Massage your left arm,
Hands and fingers,
Right arm,
Hands and fingers.
Massaging the entire area of the hip,
Acknowledging it,
Loving it,
Seeing it.
Massaging the thighs,
Knees,
Legs and feet,
Softening,
Allowing the body to soften.
Bring your awareness back to the space in the room without thinking of the emotion or the situation.
Become aware of how you are feeling now.
What is the intensity of the emotion now?
Please repeat this process again if you still feel the emotion is present and once you feel that the intensity has dropped,
You can revisit and think through the issue and see how you feel.
Keep repeating the healing process till you come to a point of peace.
