Oh wow!! This has so many layers to unlock! I am!!! I am not separate from my higher self! I am separate from my human! My human has been influenced by the environment and this technique has helped me to better understand how to let go of my anxieties and accept that I am not my experiences. We are all being manipulated by our human nature and ego for this journey and that so difficult to grasp when we are living our lives day to day. This meditation is profound and powerful!!
