This audio is a gentle invitation to rest in your natural state, inspired by the timeless teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi and the essence of non-duality. Guided by the simple yet profound guidance, it leads you back to the silent awareness that is always present—unmoving, unchanging, and free. Let these words and pauses draw you inward, beyond the noise of the mind, into the clarity and peace of simply being… as you are.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation,

Be as you are.

Sri Ramana said,

Do not meditate,

Be.

Do not think that you are,

Be.

Don't think about being,

You are.

Thoughts are constantly telling you who you are,

What your past is,

How the future would be.

There is a constant background narrative about you,

About the now and about life.

Ponder this,

Why do I need thoughts to know who I am?

I am here and I must be able to know myself directly.

Ponder this,

Why do I need thoughts to know about the now?

I can experience the now directly without thoughts.

In this meditation,

You will explore yourself and the now directly without the medium of thoughts.

In order to reach this pristine,

Pure state of being,

Which is in fact your natural state,

It is helpful to feel that you are a newborn infant.

Please sit in a relaxed position.

You can also do this lying down so there's complete relaxation of the body.

Drop the idea of a meditator who's trying to meditate.

Simply be open and curious to explore yourself and the now directly.

Close your eyes.

Feel that you are a newborn infant and you have not yet opened your eyes.

You have no ideas about yourself,

Others,

Or the world.

You simply know that you are here.

You notice a dimensionless,

Space-like presence.

You can also be aware of the feeling of aliveness,

A vibration,

A sense of existence.

Notice that all experience,

Including the sound of this voice,

Are arising and subsiding.

In your space-like presence,

When thoughts arise,

Simply disregard them and return your awareness to the space.

Remember,

You are a newborn infant.

You don't know anything.

Most of our life,

We met life with the attitude,

I know who I am.

Now,

Be in the complete state of not knowing.

Not following the mind's definitions,

But trusting your own direct experience.

Be as you are.

Be here now.

Be with your direct experience.

Stay open,

Stay empty of ideas.

Be as you are.

Be here now.

Know yourself directly.

Experience the now directly.

Trust in your direct experience.

How do you experience yourself without any thoughts,

Without any interpretations,

Without any past or future?

Be as you are.

Be as you are.

Be here now.

Trust your direct experience.

Trust the silence of the divine.

Trust your direct experience.

How do you experience yourself in this beautiful silence?

Be as you are.

Such beautiful words.

Be here now.

Relax into your eternal self.

Be as you are.

The self that is true power,

True presence,

True love,

True peace.

Trust in this unchanging reality of you.

Be aware of the silence of the divine,

Revealing to you the true you.

The infinite you.

The eternal you.

With wonder and curiosity,

Explore the following enquiries.

The answer is not in thought,

But in a knowing that is beyond words and thoughts.

Be open and curious.

Who am I?

Where am I?

I am bowing down to the divine self in you.

Namaste.
