Welcome to your meditation,

A short five minute meditation to drop you into your body and into your heart.

So when you feel ready,

Just close down your eyes,

Bring your gentle awareness onto your breath.

Just watching the breath enter and exit your body.

And perhaps by just simply landing your awareness on your breath,

You're noticing that it starts to shift or change.

Now consciously starting to lengthen your inhale,

Lengthening the exhale,

Slow,

Deep breath.

Bring your awareness to the very center of your chest,

To the heart chakra,

The heart energy center,

And just start to send your breath in and out of this space,

Allowing your in-breath to fill up the heart and the out-breath to expand the heart,

Making the heart a little bit bigger on the exhale.

So just keep breathing like this.

And then asking the heart,

What do you need?

Asking how can I give that to you?

How can I give that to you?

Acknowledging this communication with the heart space as you bring your hands to land there.

Taking a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath into the heart,

Exhale,

Let it go.

You feel ready.

You can gently open your eyes.
