I'm Susanna Kenton and welcome to this guided ocean coherence breath track.
We're going to breathe to the sound of the ocean waves.
So just settle in and begin to breathe in and out through your nose if that's comfortable.
The movement of the ocean ebbing and flowing is like the breath of nature and when we need to resource ourselves and come back into balance,
A tuning with nature's rhythms is one of the best ways to do it.
Notice as you breathe how the breath moves your body,
Expanding your belly on the in-breath and releasing it back down on the out-breath.
Allow yourself to come into an easy effortless rhythm and if now and then you feel the need to take a deeper breath or change the rhythm to suit yourself better,
Just go with that.
And you may notice at times that as the ocean seems to exhale with a wave washing onto the shore,
You are exhaling too.
Or it may be that you are breathing in as a wave washes onto the shore towards you and then maybe breathing out with a receding wave,
Carrying your breath back into the body of the sea.
Feeling the ebb and flow of the ocean within your own body.
Reaping the rewards of coherence breathing every time you practice.
Balancing your nervous system.
Building resilience.
Enhancing mental clarity and focus.
And boosting your immunity.
Noticing yourself coming into natural coherence.
And as we reach the end of this track,
Breathe in gratitude for showing up for yourself through this breath practice.
And breathe out appreciation for the gift of life itself.
Moving into whatever calls to you next with the flow of the ocean and nature herself guiding you.
