Like "Exercise Snacks," Breath Snacks are a quick way to optimise physical and mental health for those with limited time for self care. Coherent/Coherence breathing is one of the most loved and effective of all breath practices for calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, lowering blood pressure and restoring balance. Even five minutes a day, practised regularly over time, is enough to upgrade your wellbeing in multiple ways. This enjoyable track uses the coherent breath pattern of approximately 5-6 seconds on both the inhalation and exhalation, set to the sound of ocean waves. Use it first thing to set your day up for success or turn to it when you're stressed and need a quick break and reset.
