We all run into situations and people that are energetically incompatible with us. It is essential to protect ourselves with boundaries that we can utilize and realize what chakras may need work. In this meditation you will ground, use a fun effective protection technique I have developed and focus on chakras that may need some work.

Hello,

My name is Susan Gentino and I would like to welcome you to this meditation.

I am recording from Sedona,

Arizona.

And many of you might be familiar with Sedona because of the vortexes here.

In spirituality,

A vortex is seen as a powerful energy center or portal that facilitates spiritual growth,

Healing,

And connection to higher realms.

So right now,

The vortex that I am closest to is Bell Rock.

And Bell Rock is associated with the divine feminine energy.

So for me,

It's super powerful.

I love to do yoga outside where I'm breathing in all of this fresh air and just really connecting with the vortexes.

Now,

The vortexes inside our body are called chakras.

And chakras is from the Sanskrit word meaning wheel.

And a chakra is a spinning wheel in our body.

Most of them are really important because they are tied in to our physical body as well.

And we talk about the seven major chakras.

And in this meditation,

I am going to be referring to the chakras.

Basically,

What we are going to be doing is we are going to have a protection technique that I have developed that I personally have found very useful when I'm going into any situation which I like to describe as energetically incompatible.

So what I mean by that is it might be with some people that might be draining my energy and I just need to protect myself.

I've struggled with different meditation and protection techniques.

And I have found this to be really beneficial.

It might even seem a bit silly when we first get started.

But I really hope that you will find this beneficial and useful in your own protection practice.

And as I said,

We will be talking about the chakras a little bit after the meditation to give you some clarity on what it is that you might have received during the meditation.

We are going to begin by grounding.

And I'm going to be using the Earth Star Chakra which is located on the soles of your feet.

So we're going to begin with that.

It's brown in color.

And we'll begin with that connecting to Mother Earth.

And then from there,

We will do the protection technique and very much a time of relaxation.

So I invite you to create a sacred time and a sacred place.

Put a big do not disturb sign.

Make sure that you can be totally present.

This is your time.

This is a sacred experience.

The music that you're going to be listening to and it's called Alpha and it's 11 megahertz.

Now this Alpha sound wave is very important because it's really relaxing.

It encourages you to be peaceful and it encourages you to pull yourself away from whatever physical surroundings that you're in.

So again,

Doing this meditation,

The most important thing is for you to be comfortable.

So whether you're sitting crossed-legged with your palms facing up on the floor or on a meditation pillow,

Whether you're sitting in a straight back chair,

Nothing crossed,

Palms again facing up,

Or you can even do this laying down and rest assured that even if you should doze off during the meditation,

You will be able to benefit from it.

So without any further explanation,

I invite you to get comfortable and prepare for meditation.

Let's begin with taking three cleansing breaths where we will be inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth with a sigh.

And with each sigh,

You're going to feel yourself releasing any tension that you might have built up during the day.

And let's begin.

Inhale.

Again,

Inhale.

And one more time,

Inhale.

Release it all.

Ah.

Gently close your mouth and resume breathing normally through the nose.

Inhale.

And exhale.

If you're comfortable with doing this,

I invite you to gently close your eyes and focus on the bottom of your feet.

Feel two vortexes on the bottom of your feet,

Your Earth star chakras.

Feel these vortexes opening and feel them descend through each floor of the building that you're in until they reach the very top layer of Mother Earth.

Allow your roots now to enter this layer.

And as these roots begin to descend,

You feel your body getting more and more relaxed.

Feel your roots descend into Mother Earth and feel your shoulders relax.

Let go.

Feel the biceps,

Triceps and fingers.

Relax as well.

As your roots continue to descend,

Feel the muscles along your spine.

All the muscles in your face.

Everything let go,

Melting away into serenity.

Feel your roots going even deeper.

And as they do this,

You are feeling yourself getting more and more relaxed.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let all the stress of the day,

All the to-do lists,

And if any thoughts come up during this meditation,

We're going to let them float away,

Knowing that we are safe and secure and these thoughts are totally normal.

But we will return to focusing on our breath when thoughts try to engage us.

Descending further and further until our roots reach the very center of Mother Earth.

We are going to connect our roots here and secure ourselves,

Affirming that we are safe and secure.

From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet,

Your body is totally relaxed and you feel the security of your roots.

Now we ask Mother Earth if it's okay for us to release anything that needs to be cleansing at this time.

With no preconceived notions,

Take a moment now to allow yourself to see if there's anything that you would like to let go of.

Limiting beliefs,

Someone you need to forgive,

Whatever comes up for you is exactly right.

Take a moment now to release what you need to let go of.

As you view the beauty and the security of the center of Mother Earth,

You notice a balloon.

This balloon is transparent,

Perfectly safe,

And any color that comes to you is exactly right for you.

So notice this balloon.

You know it's a place of security and safety.

You see a door in the balloon.

You open the door and you step in.

You feel wonderful.

You feel secure.

You know this balloon is protecting you from any energies that might approach you in an unkind way,

In an aggressive manner.

You are totally protected in this balloon.

You feel light and airy and very slowly you feel this balloon begin to ascend.

All the layers that you just went down,

You are now going back up.

The balloon is floating in such a way that it is exhilarating you.

It's making you feel fantastic as this balloon gently ascends through each and every layer of Mother Earth.

Feel yourself feeling lighter and lighter as this balloon keeps ascending until it finally comes out of the very top layer of Mother Earth and floats freely.

You find that you can move in this balloon,

That if you like you can turn it around and upside down,

And that you can make any decisions that you want to make as to where this balloon goes.

You can float above your neighborhood,

Float above your family,

All the while securely rooted,

Securely safe,

And securely protected.

Take a moment now to decide where you would like your balloon to go.

You are floating effortlessly and we are going to do a brief visualization.

I would like you now to picture somebody that might drain your energy,

That might cause you to be frustrated,

Aggravated.

Take a moment now to visualize this person and keep in mind that you are secure in your balloon.

The person approaches you and cannot see the balloon and begins to do what this person tends to do,

Which is to drain you energetically.

Your boundary is secure and you can listen without being energetically impacted.

You wish this person many blessings,

But you no longer allow this person to drain you energetically.

You smile,

You listen,

And you know you are not being energetically impacted because your balloon is protecting you.

You smile and you feel wonderful.

In the past,

This person would make you feel so tired,

But now with this protection of your personal balloon,

This person no longer has the ability to drain you in that manner.

This protection technique is available to you at any time and if you feel your balloon ever getting too tight around you,

Know it's because it's trying to protect you more,

But you always want to keep this balloon three feet around you,

A comfortable place where your auric field exists.

If you feel your balloon going out too far,

You want to bring your balloon back to this place.

The farther out your balloon is,

The more energies you're going to come in contact with.

Energies that might not be beneficial for you.

Throughout the day,

If you feel your balloon deflating,

You can always,

With intention,

Put your balloon back to its original state.

This is your sacred space.

This is your sacred environment.

This is your protection.

As you find yourself floating wherever you would like to float,

We're going to take a moment now to call in any divine helpers you might enjoy working with.

Any ascended masters,

Any angels,

Any being of a higher vibration that you would like to connect to now.

We're going to take a moment as you are floating freely and easily to connect with this person,

This being of light,

Of a higher realm.

At any time in this meditation,

If you need more time for reflection,

You can just pause it and then continue when you're ready.

Very gently now,

Knowing that you are protected in your balloon,

I'd like you to begin to bring physical sensation back into the body,

Wiggling the fingers,

Wiggling the toes,

But remaining completely relaxed,

At ease,

And in peace.

I'd like to take a moment here to describe some colors that might have come up for you with your balloon,

Tying them into the chakras.

If your balloon was red,

This could be indicative that your root chakra,

Located at the base of your spine,

Needs to be focused on.

It is the center of your safety,

The center of your abundance.

If your balloon was orange,

It's encouraging you to explore your creativity,

To explore your sexuality.

If your balloon was yellow,

It's reminding you the importance of staying in your power,

The solar plexus chakra,

And the orange is the sacral chakra.

I forgot to mention that.

Now moving to the emerald green of the heart chakra.

This is the center of your love.

Remind yourself if your balloon was green,

The importance of self love,

The importance of forgiveness,

Knowing that you are not excusing the act,

But you are releasing yourself from any negativity,

Associated with being unforgiving.

If your balloon was sky blue,

It's reminding you that it is okay for you to speak your truth.

This is the throat chakra,

And speaking your truth is giving yourself permission to say no,

When that's what you want to say.

Knowing that putting yourself first is not selfish,

It's self loving.

If your balloon was indigo in color,

This is a third eye chakra.

And this is reminding you that it is safe for you to get information from your intuitive abilities.

If your balloon was violet in color,

Or white,

This is keying in to the crown chakra,

Located at the top of your head.

This chakra is reminding you that whatever information that you get,

Intuitively speaking,

It is safe for you to trust the information.

Enough to act on it.

It's reminding you to pay attention to that information,

And not disregard it as fantasy.

Don't allow your logical mind to talk you out of the intuitive insights that you get.

If your balloon was silver,

Gold,

Sparkly,

That is reminding you of your divinity,

Your spark of the divine that resides in you,

Making anything and everything possible.

Your balloon may be multicolored,

Which is fine.

Notice the colors,

Work on what it is.

This could be a call to balance all of your chakras.

You might find that while you were floating freely in the balloon,

It changed colors.

That's okay too.

Remember,

This is all about you and what it is spiritually you need and you're seeking.

When you do this meditation more than once,

Most likely your balloon will be a different color.

And again,

That's perfectly okay.

As all meditations of this type,

We approach them with no preconceived notion.

Whatever's happening for us at that time is exactly what it is that we need.
