Today we're going to look at what I'm calling the seat of resistance.

Okay,

Now we've all been going through a lot of change and I don't know about you guys,

I mean maybe it's just because I'm a redhead and a Scorpio and just stubborn as a mule,

But there have been times that actually throughout my life,

Not just this year,

Where change is happening and I don't want it.

And so hence the resistance,

Right?

And I am realizing as I am personally dealing with my resistance lately,

Which shows up as a pain in my shoulder and my arm that's just been there for weeks,

As I'm dealing with looking at what I'm resisting,

Why is my arm feeling twisted,

You might find that there's places within your physical body where the resistance is anchoring,

I guess,

Or has just landed.

And what I'm finding,

What I've always found,

Is it's really important to discern where the resistance is.

Is it in your body?

Is it in your mind?

To find out where and also what.

Where is it and what is it?

So where in your body are you experiencing resistance?

I know lots of people are going through physical injuries,

Recovering from surgeries,

Lots of people have lost their jobs.

Who am I now and what am I going to do next kind of thing?

And some of this wasn't what we feel like we chose and yet it's happening.

So did we choose it?

I don't know.

But what we can choose is how we deal with it,

How we react.

So let's just start to find the seat of resistance within us.

All right,

Let's just get grounded here.

So both feet planted on the ground,

Putting your attention on the feet and sending deep,

Deep roots down to the center of the earth.

So feeling those roots going way down,

Down into that earth energy that has called us to be here now,

Down into that earth energy that gives us life and well-being.

And just breathe that energy up,

Whatever color it is you see,

Just breathe it up through the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Your ankles,

Your knees,

Your hips,

All your joints,

Breathing that vital wellness energy from the earth all the way up into your belly,

Allowing it to move up your spine,

All the way up through your rib cage,

Through your shoulders,

Down and out your arms and fingertips,

And then feel it going all the way up into your brain system and then just allow that earth energy to move up through your crown chakra and cascade over you,

Just like a water fountain.

Move up through your crown chakra and cascade over you,

Just like a water fountain.

And just feel yourself surrounded by that energy,

The healthy,

Healing,

Wellness component of the earth energy in you and through you.

And then just open your crown chakra a little bit more and allow this higher vibration of light,

Of love to begin to flow down,

Noticing that you are surrounded by a crystalline cylinder.

Allow this golden rose gold light just to flow down,

Gently entering your physical,

Mental and emotional bodies.

And allow it to flow all the way down your spine,

Mingling with that vital well earth energy and just send it all the way down into the earth,

So as above,

So below,

You are anchored here and now.

And then just take a deep breath again into the heart,

Into that center of your wisdom and allow the mind to just slow down.

Breathing into the heart,

Feeling it expand,

Feeling it filled with that earth energy and the rose gold light.

And now I want you just to ask yourself,

Where are you now?

And now I want you just to ask yourself,

Where in your physical body are you feeling resistance?

It could be a pain,

It could be an ache,

Where are you feeling resistance within your body?

And just notice that you're tracking into your resistance physically,

Not mentally.

There's no how,

There's no figuring this out.

Just allow the resistance to make it through your body.

There's no figuring this out.

Just allow the resistance to make itself known to you,

That it's there.

And maybe you don't really feel anything physically.

Maybe you don't really feel resistance.

So then I ask you this question.

Do you feel in your gut or your stomach any fear or anxiety?

And just allow your moment to discern.

Is there fear or anxiety in any part of your body?

And just breathing again,

Allowing yourself to experience.

Often fear and anxiety creates that wall of resistance that comes from your body.

Allowing yourself to experience.

Often fear and anxiety creates that wall of resistance.

And if you're like me,

Well maybe you're not like me,

You just sit in the resistance.

So just notice,

Are you sitting in resistance?

Of any kind.

Are you allowing fear and anxiety to keep you stuck?

Just notice.

Breathing in and exhaling.

Relaxing anything that is trying to clutch around that resistance.

Consciously relaxing it.

Consciously noticing it.

Good.

Now we're going to go a little bit deeper,

So I'm going to ask you just to take a few minutes to think about how you're feeling.

And if you're feeling very relaxed,

You're going to feel a little bit more relaxed.

And if you're feeling a little bit more relaxed,

You're going to feel a little bit more relaxed.

And if you're feeling a little bit more relaxed,

You're going to feel a little bit deeper,

So I'm going to ask you just to take a deep breath into your heart.

Allowing the love and wisdom and light that you are to shine even brighter.

As I ask the next question,

What are you resisting?

What are you resisting?

And watch if you're coming up with denial.

Or excuses or reasons why.

Just begin to see what you are resisting.

And just allow yourself to breathe and notice.

And often resistance is about being unwilling to let go of what was.

Resistance can be being unwilling to accept what is.

And often resistance is about being unwilling to let go of what was.

Resistance can be being unwilling to accept what is.

Resistance can show up in the form of not trusting.

Not trusting the universe,

Not trusting yourself.

Not trusting the universe,

Not trusting the universe.

Not trusting yourself,

Not trusting your neighbor.

Just notice what are you resisting.

And notice if that resistance grabs you.

A part of your body as you begin to see what you're resisting.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing out.

And now what we're going to do is an energetic exercise in releasing the resistance.

So taking a breath.

I want you to see before you and around you this beautiful violet light of Saint Germain.

Just see it surrounding you and you are safe,

Surrounded by it.

And just notice what you're experiencing.

See the beauty of the violet flame.

And then have it distill into you.

And then let it go.

And then let it go.

And then have it distill into a single flame.

Perhaps it's a candle with the violet light.

Perhaps it's in a bowl with the violet light.

And with a deep breath,

I invite you to place from your body,

From your mental and emotional bodies,

The physical body,

What you are resisting.

And just place it into the flame.

Breathing,

Allowing yourself to release the seat of resistance within you.

Releasing,

Letting go of it all into that violet flame.

Breathing.

Allowing.

And this violet flame transmutes all of that energy.

It changes it all into something higher.

Something more peaceful and loving.

And as we burn up our resistance,

Begin to see yourself in that crystalline cylinder being aligned with the higher vibration of source.

Begin to feel this violet light of Saint Germain burning off any residual anything that is keeping you in resistance.

And begin to feel and open your heart and your mind to accept the truth of your being.

To accept that you are this light that vibrates at a much higher pace.

Breathing in all that rose gold light that keeps sprinkling down through your cylinder.

Protecting you.

Changing anything else within you.

Grounding you.

And opening you to being with the truth of who you are.

That you are light.

That you are love.

That you are wisdom.

That you are safe.

And begin to relax into those tones.

Breathing it in as you claim it for the truth of who you are.

Exactly who you are.

And I ask you to really begin to embody this new vibration.

It's a new vibration of hope.

Of peace.

It is exactly who you have always been.

And Brene Brown says,

Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we're supposed to be and embracing who we are.

So once again,

Feeling this new vibration of hope and peace and trust within you and surrounding you.

Having let go of our seat of resistance.

Having let go of the where of resistance within you and the what.

Good.

So bring yourself with the breath back to now.

Back to where you are.

Sitted.

Seated.

Back into your body.

Feeling your feet on the ground.

And with one more breath,

Just becoming present to the truth of who you are.

Good job.

And I invite you to journal what came up for you and pay attention over the next couple of days.

Because we've peeled off that resistance.

We've let it go.

We've burned it up in that violet flame.

But,

You know,

There might be residuals.

So just kind of journal and be aware and allow yourself to live in a higher vibration of the truth of who you are.

And so it is.
