Today I start with this quote, "I believe that everything happens for a reason. So I have something I want to read before we start today.

This is a sign that I have in my office.

It's something I picked up while I was in the middle of a crushing divorce,

And I read it every day.

It was kind of like my guidepost,

So I wanted to share it with you all today.

It says,

I believe that everything happens for a reason.

People change so that you can learn to let go.

Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right.

You believe lies so you'll eventually learn to trust no one but yourself.

And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

So that's just a little wisdom today.

So today's meditation is something called the Bioscaler.

It was created by a doctor at UCLA.

Her name is,

Well she's since passed,

Her name is Valerie Hunt.

You can google her and see what else she was up to.

But anyway,

It's a healing meditation and I think you'll all enjoy it.

It runs a little bit longer than my usual meditation,

So just hang in there.

Okay.

All right,

So let's begin.

Let's begin by taking a deep,

Deep breath into the heart.

Becoming present to right here,

Right now,

Where you are.

And then I want you to put your attention on the bottom of your left foot.

And I want you to breathe earth energy up through that left foot,

Up the left leg and knee,

Across the hips and down and out through the right leg.

All the way down through the bottom of the foot.

We're going to do that about three or four times.

So breathing that earth energy up through the bottom of the left foot,

Breathing it all the way up.

The shin,

The knee,

The thigh,

Across the hips,

Down the right leg,

The thigh,

The knee,

The shin and out through the bottom of the foot.

And then I want you to breathe that earth energy up through the bottom of the left foot.

Again,

Another deep breath,

Breathing up earth energy.

This is grounding you.

Breathing it up through the left foot,

Breathing it all the way up that leg,

Across the hips and down and out through the right leg.

And another breath,

Breathing that earth energy all the way up through the bottom of your foot,

All the way up the left leg,

Across the hips and down and out through the right leg and foot.

Good.

Now what we're going to do is we're going to begin to activate the chakra system.

A lot of this work today is going to be with the chakras.

And if you don't know what a chakra is,

That's okay.

You'll know by the end of this meditation.

So I want you to focus on the root chakra.

It's right where you sit and your sit bones.

And this chakra is red.

So just what we're going to do is we're going to breathe that earth energy and begin to activate and warm up these chakras.

So breathing that energy up the left leg,

All the way into that root chakra,

And then down and out the right leg and foot.

Good.

The next breath is going to take us to the second chakra,

The Kundalini center right below the belly button.

So breathing that earth energy all the way up the left leg,

All the way into the root chakra and the Kundalini chakra,

And then down and out each one and down and out through the right leg and foot.

Good.

Now we're going to do the second chakra.

And breathing that earth energy all the way up the left leg,

All the way through the root chakra,

The Kundalini,

And then the solar plexus and then down and out through the right leg and foot.

Good.

Getting warmed up now.

Okay,

Again,

We're going to go to the next chakra,

Which is the solar plexus above the belly button.

The Kundalini and then the solar plexus and then down and out through each chakra all the way down and out through the right leg and foot.

Good.

Now we're going to go to the heart chakra.

Breathing that earth energy up through the left leg and foot,

Breathing it all the way up the left leg into the root center,

Into the Kundalini,

Into the solar plexus,

Into the heart,

And then down and out each chakra on the exhale all the way out the right leg and foot.

Now we're going to the throat chakra.

Again,

Pulling that earth energy up from the bottom of the left foot all the way up the leg into the root chakra,

The Kundalini,

The solar plexus,

The heart into the throat chakra,

And then on the exhale down and out each chakra all the way down and out through the right leg and foot.

Good.

Now we're going to go to the third eye,

Breathing that earth energy all the way up the left leg,

All the way up into the root chakra,

The Kundalini,

The solar plexus,

The heart chakra,

The throat chakra into the third eye,

And then down each chakra on the exhale all the way down through the right leg and foot into the earth.

Great.

Now we're going to go to the crown chakra.

Again,

Breathing that earth energy up through the left leg all the way up into the root,

The Kundalini,

The solar plexus,

The heart,

The throat,

The third eye,

And the crown center.

And then on the exhale,

Breathing all the way down each of those chakras all the way down and out through the right leg and foot.

Very good.

So what we've just done is we've warmed up these chakras.

And now we're going to really activate them so that they really have their full juice of healing,

If you will.

So I'm going to ask you to focus on the root chakra,

Which as I said earlier is red.

And I want you to begin to imagine that there is a cone coming up into your body.

And I want you to spin that chakra counterclockwise.

Now,

There's no right or wrong.

Don't worry about if it's counterclockwise or don't get yourself confused.

Just be with me.

So seeing that bright,

Bright red and seeing it spinning in a counterclockwise manner,

And as it spins and it opens up and it begins to build energy,

Begin to see that red filling up that cone moving into your body.

Touching that spine.

And it's bright red and it's rotating in a counterclockwise manner.

Great.

Great.

Now we're going to move up to the next chakra,

The Kundalini,

Which is a beautiful,

Juicy orange.

And I want you to begin to notice that it's a very,

Very,

Very,

Very,

Very,

Very,

Very beautiful orange.

So as you begin to see it again,

Begin to spin that in a counterclockwise manner,

Just seeing that orange activate and deepen.

And again,

There is another cone coming into your body toward the spine.

And as you spin that chakra,

See that cone filling up with that juicy orange color,

Just in a counterclockwise manner,

Filling that cone.

Taking a breath.

Good.

Now moving up to the solar plexus,

Which is a lemon yellow.

Again,

Spinning that in a counterclockwise manner,

Beginning to see that chakra open.

And again,

Another cone going from that chakra toward your spine.

And as that chakra opens and activates and spins,

It begins to fill that cone with that lemon light,

That yellow light.

Just take a few minutes to see that.

Lean your minds on it.

Spinning that chakra in a counterclockwise manner.

Good.

I'm taking another breath.

Putting your attention on your heart chakra.

And this is Kelly Green.

It's a bright,

Bright,

Beautiful Kelly Green.

And we're going to spin it in a counterclockwise manner again,

Allowing that chakra to open,

Allowing that Kelly Green light to just build and build.

And again,

There's another cone pointing to your spine.

And just see that cone begin to fill with that Kelly Green light as that chakra is activated.

Just see it spinning.

Kelly Green.

Beautiful.

And then taking a deep breath again.

Put your attention on your throat chakra.

This is a robin blue,

Robin's egg blue.

It's very,

Very beautiful blue.

And this is your creative center.

This is where you speak your word and create your light.

Where creativity flows.

So again,

It's a robin blue.

And just begin to see that spinning in a counterclockwise manner as it opens and activates.

And then see that cone going towards your spine,

Filling with that robin blue.

Just see it spinning and deepening in that robin blue color until that cone is full.

And the chakra is open.

And taking another breath.

We move to the third eye.

And this is a violet color.

This of course is your intuition.

It's your wisdom center.

And we're going to open it by spinning it counterclockwise again,

Seeing that violet color,

Just expanding that chakra,

Opening it.

And again,

A cone going to the back of the brain.

And as that violet color multiplies,

See it filling that cone with violet light.

And then we're moving to the crown chakra,

Which is just above your head.

And this is white.

Of course it's all the colors.

And this is the place where the highest wisdom flows in.

So I want you to see that chakra now up above,

Spinning in a counterclockwise manner,

And just activating that white light and see a cone coming down into the center of your body.

And as you expand that chakra and activate that white color,

See that white filling that cone.

And it's a different color than regular white.

It is a white light color.

And see it filling that cone.

Spinning the chakra,

Opening it,

Expanding it.

Good.

And now I realize I was remiss in something.

So what I'm going to do is we're just going to tap on each chakra,

Starting with the root chakra,

Which is bright red.

This is your seat of survival.

This is where this is what gets activated when you are in survival.

And it's a healthy thing.

And then we're going to move up to the Kundalini center.

This is your power center.

It's that juicy orange.

And being that power center is also your seat of sexuality.

And it's a juicy orange.

And then moving up to the solar plexus,

Which is that lemon yellow.

This is the seat of emotions.

This is where you process a lot of your emotions,

Evidently,

Which is also what activates your gut when you're feeling something emotional.

So this is just that bright lemon yellow.

Then the heart center,

Of course,

Is that activation point of love.

Highest love,

Inner love.

And then,

As I said,

The throat is the creativity center.

The third eye is the intuition and wisdom center.

And the crown chakra is the access to the highest,

The highest,

The highest good,

The highest self,

The highest in the universe.

The God center,

If you will.

OK,

So now that we've activated and opened our chakras,

We're going to do a healing within our bodies.

So before we do this,

I want you to picture an area of your body that you're going to experience healing in,

Some place where maybe you don't feel so good or you've got pain or whatever.

So take a moment,

Take a deep breath,

And just decide where you would like this energy to go within your body.

Good.

Now,

With the next breath,

I want you to begin to see and interlay a meridian.

This is a vertical meridian,

A horizontal meridian,

And then there's diagonal meridians.

And they create the vortex,

Or they cross each other right above that solar plexus area,

Kind of right above your belly button.

OK,

So it's a vertical meridian,

A horizontal meridian,

And then diagonals going each way.

OK,

And we're going to breathe and activate these meridians.

Just see on the breath.

We're going to do this three times.

We're going to draw in white light down these meridians.

OK,

So on the breath,

Breathing in,

Drawing in that white light down these meridians.

And then drawing in that white light into the center of where they connect,

Seeing that white light coming down these meridians.

Good.

And on the exhale,

We're going to,

Again,

Call in more light energy coming down those meridians on the inhale.

And as they come to that conjunction,

There is a membrane,

If you will,

That's holding energy,

And the energy within this membrane,

This ball of energy,

Is building as we do this breath work.

OK,

We're going to do it two more times,

I think.

So again,

Taking a deep breath,

Pulling in that white light energy on those meridians into that ball of energy at the center of you,

And just feel that energy begin to multiply.

It's like it is actually engaging a Tesla coil,

If you will.

I forget the actual name,

But you get my meaning.

And it's just amplifying and amplifying.

So one more breath,

Breathing in that white light down the meridians into that ball of energy,

Allowing it to multiply within that membrane.

OK,

Now take another deep breath.

Now,

Remembering that area in your body,

If you don't have pain,

It may just you want to send healing energy to everything in your body.

But if you do have some pain or issue going on,

You're going to have to do that.

If you do have pain or issue going on,

Send it directly to that area.

So as this ball of energy has been building,

What we're going to do on the count of three is we're going to release it to those areas within the body temple that are in need of healing.

OK,

So take another deep breath,

Breathing in.

And on the count of three,

We're going to release that energy to those areas that need the most.

OK,

Ready?

One,

Two,

Three.

And on the exhale,

Just allow that ball of light to disseminate all that energy,

Letting it go to where exactly where you've been directing it.

Just sit for one minute,

Feeling that energy within your body healing right now.

Good.

And so then,

Coming to the completion of this meditation,

I invite you to take a breath and take a very deep breath,

Breathing yourself back to the now,

Back to the room you're in,

The chair you're in,

Allowing yourself to become fully present,

Awake and aware to who you are,

To the love that you are.

I'm going to end with and so it is,
