Take a moment to arrive.

Allow the body to settle into the surface beneath you.

Feel the support that is already here,

Holding your weight with ease.

The back of the body resting.

Let the breath move naturally.

As awareness settles,

Feel gravity doing its work.

Your body feeling anchored.

The mind softening.

Now,

Imagine and visualize the stable ground beneath you,

Solid,

Steady.

From this ground,

Sense a gentle upward support.

As if the earth itself is offering strength through your feet and legs.

A steady current of stability rising upward,

Into your body.

Feel this grounding presence moving through the body,

Through the legs,

Through the hips,

Along the spine.

Each breath allows this sense of support to deepen.

You are held.

Now,

Bring awareness to the center of the body,

The chest,

The heart space.

Imagine a soft,

Steady light.

This light does not rush.

It does not flicker.

It simply remains.

Feel this light filling the chest gently,

Expanding with each breath,

Inward and present.

Stability and illumination working together.

As the light grows clearer,

Notice how it brings calm strength,

A quiet confidence,

A sense of inner alignment.

This light carries clarity.

It supports discernment.

It brings a feeling of being oriented and steady.

Allow the light to move through the shoulders,

Down the arms,

Into the hands.

Feel the hands relaxed and alive,

Connected to both ground and light.

Now,

Let the light move upward,

Through your throat and neck,

Into the face,

Into the ears,

Behind the eyes.

The mind becomes clear and spacious.

Your thoughts begin to slow naturally.

Awareness rests easily.

You are grounded.

You are present.

You are illuminated from within.

Notice how this state feels in the body,

Strong and available.

Allow yourself to gently repeat the following affirmations.

I move through life with clarity and ease.

I remain connected to what is real and true.

My inner light supports and guides me.

I stand with calm strength and presence.

Feel the body respond to each phrase.

A subtle strengthening.

A quiet resolve.

Rest here for a few moments.

Grounded.

This state is sustainable.

It belongs to you.

As you prepare to return,

Notice the space around you.

The gentle continuity of this moment.

Carry this grounding feeling and light deep within you.

It moves with you into your day.

Supporting clear choices and steady presence.

When it feels right,

Allow awareness to widen.

Your eyes may open naturally,
