This Daily Reset is designed to help the mind step out of mental replay and settle into a quieter, more spacious state. Through gentle breath awareness and full-body settling, repeated thoughts and mental activity begin to soften, allowing clarity and calm to return. This practice supports the natural closing of the day, helping the mind release unfinished loops and rest more easily. Use this session in the evening or anytime you want to step out of thinking mode and into a calmer inner rhythm. I hope you find this useful. With gratitude, Josh

Transcript

Settle into a comfortable position and allow yourself to arrive.

Feel the surface beneath you offering steady support.

Let the shoulders soften.

Let the jaw ease.

Allow the face to relax.

Bring attention to your breath as it moves gently in and out.

A smooth inhale.

A calm exhale.

As the breath settles,

Allow yourself to let go of the thoughts of the day and gently settle into the feeling of being here.

Thoughts that have been repeating can begin to slow.

Plans,

Conversations,

And mental notes can loosen their hold.

Bring awareness to the forehead and the space behind the eyes.

A sense of ease spreading here.

The mind begins to feel more spacious.

Let that ease move into the neck and shoulders,

Down through the chest,

Into the stomach.

The breath flows easily through the body,

Steady.

Allow yourself to let go of the thoughts of the day.

As attention returns to simple sensation and breath.

The body settles into a quieter rhythm.

Mental activity softens.

Awareness becomes more grounded.

You may notice fewer thoughts arising,

Or thoughts passing through with less pull.

There is no need to follow them.

The mind knows how to rest when given space.

Spend a few moments here,

Breathing slowly,

Allowing clarity and calm to deepen.

Then,

This quiet state can carry into the rest of your evening,

Clear,

Uncluttered,

At ease.

When you feel ready,

Let this settled awareness remain with you,

As your attention returns naturally.
