Steady breath in and let it go.

Let your body settle into the space beneath you.

No effort,

No expectations.

Just the gentle release that comes at the end of a day.

Feel the weight you've been carrying begin to lower.

Feel your shoulders ease.

Feel the breath move a little more freely now.

With your next inhale,

Soften the space behind your eyes,

And with the exhale,

Allow your mind to settle,

Quietly,

Naturally,

As if a soft evening light were dimming inside you.

Let your jaw loosen.

Let the muscles in your face relax.

Let your whole system begin to unwind.

You don't need to review the day.

All of that can rest for now.

Just return to the simple feeling of being here.

Notice the ground beneath you,

Steady and unmoving.

Notice the breath,

Easy and unhurried.

Notice your awareness,

Becoming more spacious with each exhale.

Let your body exhale the day.

Let your mind release its grip.

Let yourself settle into a quiet,
