Take a slow breath in and let your whole body soften as you exhale.

Let your shoulders lower.

With each inhale,

And with each exhale,

Feel that light creating space,

Clearing room.

Notice the mind beginning to untangle on its own.

Thoughts loosening,

Settling,

Drifting into more open space.

Feel your breath smoothing out,

Becoming a steady rhythm you can rest inside.

Let that rhythm organize your attention gently,

Naturally.

As you breathe,

Imagine a clear,

Open space forming behind your forehead.

Like a quiet sky,

Wide and calm.

Thoughts may still move through,

But you feel more spacious around them,

More steady.

With every inhale,

Clarity grows.

With every exhale,

Spaciousness expands.

Let your awareness settle into this quiet space,

Soft,

Clear,

Awake.
