Find a comfortable position.

Let your eyes soften and allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.

Take a gentle breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Again,

Breathing in freshness,

And breathing out anything you no longer need.

Notice the newness of this moment.

Each inhale carrying a sense of possibility.

Each exhale clearing space for what matters most.

Now,

Imagine soft morning light filling the space around you,

Gentle.

With every breath,

See this light filling your body,

Illuminating the mind,

Easing the heart,

Steadying the spirit.

Repeat silently,

I begin with clarity,

I move with ease,

I carry calm into my day.

Once more,

Take one last deep breath in,

Exhale fully,
