And more resilient to the stress and pressures we are presented with in our daily lives.

And we can access perfect health,

A natural way to vibrant health and wellbeing.

There is a simple truth.

We create our own world.

When we change just a little,

So too does our world.

We can access greater energy and a sense of aliveness through changes in thoughts,

Interpretations,

And choices,

And discover personal empowerment.

By simply acknowledging responsibility for our health and our wellbeing,

And by being creative and aware,

We begin to take an active role in making nourishing and positive lifestyle choices.

This is where we will access perfect health.

So let us unlock the secrets of meditation.

When you start to meditate,

You will start to notice less restlessness,

Better sleep,

Less anxiety,

And more energy.

These are the beginning effects of meditation.

If you continue with the regular practice of meditation,

You start to feel very centered at all times.

You have an inner wakefulness,

And you will start to witness the extraordinary in everyday ordinary events.

Meditation is a progressive quieting of the mind and can be used as a means of stress management and also to reconnect with the inner peace which is your true nature.

Whenever the mind quietens down,

The body follows because the mind and body are inseparably one.
