Guided Journey To Connect With A Guide

This guided visualization takes you on a journey to meet with a guide or teacher. You'll begin with a gentle grounding before moving into the guided journey. There are two ways to work with this track: without an agenda other than seeing what guide shows up to connect with you or carrying a question. Either way works well! If you choose to work with a question, open ended questions tend to be more effective. I've been sharing a version of this with clients for years and they find it really supportive.
