Lovely,
Lovely.
Welcome everybody to stillness with Patti.
Taking a moment to let yourselves settle.
You can start by bringing yourself into mindful awareness.
So that means you could have your eyes open or closed at this stage,
Whatever feels comfortable.
Just noticing what feels good for you today,
What feels yummy for you today.
If your eyes are open,
Let your vision be soft.
That place of starting to go into a dreamy place.
We move from sharp focus and we open out the vision into our softer,
Wider,
More peripheral vision.
And as we do that,
We open our energy field out to be conscious,
To be aware of more information around us.
Like we're taking in information through lots of different senses,
Not just our sense of sight.
Just breathing into that place,
Noticing the softness of that place,
Noticing how that feels in the body,
In your body.
When you're ready,
You can just gently close the eyes.
Just gently closing the eyes.
And taking all of your awareness to your closed eyelids and becoming aware of what you can see or sense behind your closed eyelids.
Shadows or colors or shapes,
Movement.
Letting yourself soften into curiosity as you notice what you can see or sense behind your closed eyelids.
Just breathing into that,
Just breathing into the awareness of that.
And as you do that,
Taking your awareness to your ears and your sense of hearing.
What can you hear inside the room that you are in?
The sound of my voice?
Are there other sounds?
Getting curious about the sounds in the room that you're in.
And then expanding that awareness to beyond the room that you're in.
Can you hear any outside sounds?
Are you near traffic or nature or other people?
Letting your hearing be soft and just bringing an awareness to any external sounds.
Breathing in to that.
And then taking your awareness into your own body.
What sounds can you hear inside your own physical form?
Do you notice any sound inside your body?
Getting curious.
I wonder what's here for me.
I wonder what I can hear inside my own body.
I wonder what would happen if you could hear your emotions instead of feeling them.
Letting yourself get curious about that one.
Just noticing.
Just noticing.
And taking a breath into the relaxation of that,
The softening of that.
And taking your awareness to your sense of smell.
What can you smell?
Can you breathe as easily through both nostrils?
Adding yourself notice.
Noticing any smells in your environment,
Any fragrance in your environment.
And as you do that,
Taking your awareness to your mouth,
Your sense of taste.
Can you taste what you've just eaten or had to drink?
Is there no taste?
What happens when you run your tongue along your teeth or your cheeks?
The whole world in there.
The whole world in your mouth.
Just noticing.
Becoming aware of your sense of taste.
And softening and breathing into the awareness of your sense of touch,
Of your skin.
Noticing the air against your skin.
Can you feel it against your cheek?
On your forehead?
The air on your neck?
Letting yourself fall into subtle curiosity.
Can I feel my clothing on me?
What can you feel through your hands?
Are they resting on another part of the body?
Letting yourself notice.
And as you do that,
Your awareness softens and expands.
You become aware of your other senses,
Your intuition,
Your aura.
Be all clairsentient and you feel things.
Clairaudient and you hear things.
Clairvoyant and you see things.
If we threw the words away and just allowed ourselves to sense and feel.
All the time.
Thoughts are things.
Everything has a vibration.
And so we can sense things way more subtly than we're aware of sometimes.
So feeling that,
Expanding that,
Noticing that.
Softening into that awareness.
And taking a moment to simply breathe in this space.
To allow.
To notice.
To be curious.
It's like a remembering of who we really are.
Of our bigger selves.
Our expanded selves.
Softening into this transmission of grace.
And letting yourself relax here even more deeply.
Even more fully.
Surrendering into this subtle experience of our senses beyond our senses.
And letting everything become quiet in this space.
Letting everything become still.
Letting everything become soft and easy and gentle.
Opening into this transmission of grace.
Letting yourself rest deeply here.
Letting yourself surrender deeply here.
Beyond the quietness.
Beyond the stillness.
Resting deeply now.
Opening deeply now.
And if you'd like to continue to deepen into this stillness,
You can do that now gently by just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
Just letting yourself relax.
And gently feel your sensory body coming back into your physical body.
That integration of deep meditation.
Taking another beautiful breath in.
Letting it go.
And you can just take your hands and gently rub your physical form.
Maybe your knees or your thighs,
Your belly or your hands.
And just sensing your physical self as you come back.
Coming back.
Coming back.
Coming back.
Refreshed,
Renewed,
Invigorated.
Coming back.
