Lovely,

Lovely.

Welcome everybody to stillness with Patti.

Just taking a moment to get comfortable.

It's so important for our physical bodies to be comfortable so that we can relax deeply into that inward space,

The place in us that connects with all that is.

It's much easier to do that when the body is not yelling at us.

So taking a moment to get comfortable.

There's no need to sit in a particular pose or hold the hands in a particular way.

We're using the body as a gateway to the soul.

And so the more comfortable you are,

The more deeply you can relax,

And the easier it is to access those depths,

That magic.

And so just taking a breath and noticing your own physical form.

Sometimes it feels like we're so busy in our heads that we actually have to climb into our bodies.

It's climbing back into our physical form.

So take a moment.

Let's play with this for a minute.

Let's notice.

I want you to notice your right kneecap.

Just noticing your right kneecap.

And noticing the fingernail on your left index finger.

Taking a moment to notice the fingernail on your left index finger.

And noticing your right earlobe.

It's certainly a place we don't give a lot of attention.

Noticing your right earlobe.

Just breathing into that place.

There are actually loads of meridians that run through the ears.

It can be a place of profound balance for the body by stimulating some of those.

Just breathing into that.

Breathing into that.

And noticing the tip of your nose.

Just noticing the tip of your nose.

And then moving into an internal experience of your body.

Taking your awareness into your inner world.

What feelings and emotions are here in your inner world today?

Sometimes emotions show up in multiples.

It's not one beautiful clean emotion.

It's more like a melting pot.

So notice that.

What's here for you?

And what sensations come with those emotions for you today?

Hot or cold?

Tingling?

Quiet?

Is it moving or still?

Is it big,

Small,

Heavy?

All sorts of different sensations that allow us to experience our inner world.

And just letting yourself observe.

Just noticing,

Oh,

That's here.

Oh,

I notice that.

And then gently breathing into that space.

Breathing into that space.

And letting it be soft and easy.

Noticing the breath as it flows through your whole body.

As if you're standing on the inside of your body and sensing or feeling or imagining that breath moving in and filling every space.

And letting yourself be mesmerized by that.

Just noticing the breath filling every internal space in the body.

And then gently flowing out.

Inhaling,

Filling every internal space inside your body.

And letting it go.

And you notice how everything starts to slow down.

Like time expands and opens.

And you soften into the relief of that.

I am here.

I am here.

In this moment,

On this day,

At this time,

In this space,

I am here.

And breathing into the presence of that.

Coming completely and utterly present to this moment.

Anything about the future just falls away.

Anything about the past just falls away.

And all that's here is pure presence.

In this moment,

Right here and now.

Breathing in,

Presence.

Breathing out,

Presence.

Breathing in,

Presence.

Breathing out,

Presence.

And letting yourself be carried ever deeper into this present moment through your breath.

As if this very moment is breathing you.

You don't even have to worry about breathing.

Something greater,

More infinite,

Is breathing you.

And just letting yourself be breathed by it.

Letting yourself be breathed by it.

And surrendering even more deeply,

Even more profoundly into this place.

Letting the very stillness of this place carry you ever deeper.

Every breath,

Every sensation,

Every thought,

Carrying you ever deeper into the heart of this present moment.

Just resting in the quiet,

Resting in the quiet.

So easy,

So still.

Opening into the profound peace of this present moment.

Opening into this profound peace.

And if you want to let yourself continue to deepen in this space,

You can do that now.

Just pausing the recording.

Otherwise,

Taking a very gentle,

Very peaceful breath in and letting it go.

And another very soft,

Gentle,

Peaceful breath in and letting it go.

Gently feeling yourself as the parts of you start to integrate back into a human body.

Coming back to mindful awareness.

You can gently start to move the toes,

Move your fingers.

As you feel the depth of the integration happening.

The depth of that internal integration as it happens.

Very gently coming back,

Coming back,

Coming back.
