Lovely,

Lovely.

Welcome everybody to this shared sacred space to stillness with Patti.

Taking a moment to let yourself settle and take a breath,

Let yourself wriggle,

Get more comfortable,

Lean back into your chair a little bit more deeply or the bed.

Taking a few moments to let yourself arrive,

To actually let yourself arrive in this time,

In this space.

We're taking our focus from external to internal.

So it's like changing gears and changing gears is always easier if we do it with the body instead of against the body.

The easiest way to do that is to simply start with where we are now.

So just noticing the pace of your thoughts,

Noticing the body,

Starting to bring your awareness into this moment.

And one of the easiest ways to do that is to let yourself soften into curiosity.

And a beautiful question is,

I wonder.

I wonder how my head feels right now.

I wonder what's going on with my body right now.

I wonder how I feel and then simply noticing,

Noticing what's here as we shift from external focus to internal focus.

And then very gently taking your awareness and placing it on the body,

That place where we bring our energy home,

Placing your awareness there so that might be your belly,

Below your belly button,

It might be your solar plexus area,

It might be your heart.

Just noticing where is it in your body that your energy comes home.

So letting yourself unhook from all the places that your energy has been,

Your focus has been and bringing your energy home into your body and feeling the relief of that,

The simplicity of that,

How much more grounded and stable you feel as your energy comes home.

Unhooking from all the places that your energy has been and bringing your energy back home into your own body.

And you'll notice that everything starts to slow down,

Feels like there is more space,

More time as the energy comes home.

And bringing yourself into mindful awareness,

Mindful presence of this moment,

Just breathing into this,

Breathing into the simplicity of this.

Letting yourself rest in the awareness of this space and as you do that letting yourself be carried even deeper into your inner world,

Your own inner world.

And taking a moment to feel it or sense it or experience it as a beautiful garden,

Noticing the size of your inner world,

Your inner garden,

Sensing the layout of it.

And I want you to notice what's blossoming or blooming,

Thriving and what needs your attention,

What needs your attention.

Maybe there's some pruning that needs to happen or some weeding,

Some clearing away.

And letting yourself be drawn to whatever it is that needs your attention and taking a moment to tend that area,

That space.

What is it that that part of your inner garden needs?

Does it need water or light or pruning?

And taking a few moments to do whatever is required.

You'll know,

You'll know exactly what's required.

Maybe something needs to be cleared out,

Maybe you need to tend to the soil and plant something new.

Just sensing,

Feeling what needs to happen.

Just sensing or feeling what needs to happen.

And it could be that there is more that needs doing,

But this is just step one and your garden will call you back when it's ready for whatever's next.

And so very gently taking yourself over.

Maybe there's a bench or a swing or a rocking chair.

Maybe it's just lying on the grass.

And letting yourself settle in your garden,

Letting yourself settle in your garden.

And you feel yourself starting to relax even more deeply.

Feeling yourself settling into the space of your inner world.

And you start to notice the exquisite quietness,

A stillness that restores the soul.

And gently breathing into this space,

Feeling your heart opening into the quiet and softening into the peace of this place,

The sanctuary of this space,

The tranquility of this place.

Space that's always available to nourish us and replenish us.

And resting even more deeply into the quiet,

Held.

And if you want to continue to deepen and surrender into this quiet,

You can do that now,

Just pausing the recording and letting yourself be carried ever deeper.

Deeper.

And gently taking a breath,

A breath of deep rest and letting it go.

And feeling that peace,

That deep rest infusing every cell in your body as you take another beautiful breath in and letting it go.

Really taking your time today to let the depth of the integration happen as this peace,

This quietness infuses through your whole body,

Your whole energy field.

Taking another beautiful deep breath in,

Letting it go,

And very gently,

Very gently coming back,

Coming back.
