Sometimes instead of 'mindfulness', I like to suggest the words 'Checking In'. Similar to when we are physically not feeling well we check in with our doctor, checking in with ourselves is a healthy habit. Being there for a few minutes a day asking ourselves a few valuable questions in the stillness and silence of insight.
