This is a gentle and calm practice. We will begin by connecting to the body and the breath. I will then provide the journal prompts. We will get clear on our desires and the energy we will cultivate for the day ahead and our futures.

Hello,

Thank you so much for joining me today.

I am so excited to lead you through this meditation and journaling for manifestation.

Begin to settle into your seat.

Maybe stretch a little bit and feel into your body.

Great space here.

Stretch your arms out and open up your chest.

Now begin to settle in and feel the full weight of your body arriving here to this present moment.

Feel into your hips as you ground down into your seat.

And now gently closing your eyes,

Find stillness in your body.

Begin to rest your attention gently on your breath.

And we will start with three mindful deep breaths together.

Breathe deeply in through the nose.

Hold for a moment and release it all out.

Again breathing deeply in,

Hold and release.

Last one together.

Breathing deeply in,

Hold and release.

Now return to your natural breathing pattern.

Notice your inhale and your exhale naturally moving through your body.

Your lungs breathing into your body.

Your lungs breathing you.

Not manipulating or changing the breath,

Just noticing the simplicity of the inhale and exhale.

Moving your attention now into your heart center.

Feel the rise and fall of the chest within the inhale and exhale.

Notice that small movement.

Noticing the expansion of the heart center through the back.

Your whole chest including your back and your shoulder blades expanding and opening up with each inhale.

Feel the lungs encircling the heart giving your heart a hug with each inhale.

Can you feel your heart beating within your chest?

Feel gratitude for your lungs breathing and your heart beating.

Thank you lungs.

Thank you heart.

Thank you for carrying me through this life.

Feel your heart center opening up to love,

Abundance,

Opportunities,

Gratitude and miracles.

You are a divine human.

Your love is so powerful.

You are capable of anything your heart desires.

Sit for a moment in this feeling of blissful heart centered expansion.

Feeling your breath and your heart opening you up to the endless possibilities ahead of you in this life.

We all have that until we meet.

Begin to deepen your breath now.

Start to return to feeling the presence of your physical body.

Maybe begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Turning your head side to side.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and grab your journal.

If you didn't bring anything to write with or on,

That's okay.

I'll ask you to close your eyes again.

And when I read the journal prompts,

Answer them in your mind.

If you are writing today,

Go ahead and date the top of your journal entry for today.

And let's begin.

The first prompt is,

What do you want?

What do you want for today?

And what do you want in life?

Here you can brain dump a to-do list for today,

But also write out the best case scenario for how your day is going to go.

Then write out the best case scenario for your life or your future.

What do you truly want?

Get real and honest with yourself here.

You have three minutes here.

Two minutes?

Yes,

Please.

If you don't know what you want,

Maybe write about why you don't know.

What is keeping you from finding out what you want?

What is holding you back?

And then get clear on what you want.

What is keeping you from finding out what you want?

Begin to wrap this prompt up.

You have about 30 more seconds here.

The second prompt is,

How do you want to feel?

Today,

How do you want to feel and in your life?

What is the energy,

The vibration,

The emotion that you want to feel inside of you today?

And what energy,

Vibration or emotion do you want to cultivate more of in your daily life moving forward?

Go ahead.

You have three minutes here.

You can ask these questions.

You you you you you you begin to wrap this prompt up you have about 30 more seconds you and our final prompt for today how can you allow or encourage these things you've journaled about above to happen not how can you force this but how can you allow this how can you gently facilitate your desires how can you intentionally invite that energy into your life and into your being you have three minutes here you you you should be writing why this will work out for you not how necessarily but why why will this come true for you and if the mind starts to go into why this will not happen you can say to your mind thank you for thinking in a way that is meant to protect me and keep me safe but this is a time for creating my reality and i know i am safe and i am able to manifest what i want right now thank you for trying to keep me safe but i know i am already safe and i am able to manifest what i want right now begin to wrap this up you have about 30 more seconds here so and that concludes this meditation and journal writing recording notice the way you feel right now i hope that this has left you inspired and motivated feeling good and positive about your day ahead and your life ahead you can do this meditation and journal session as many times as you want this is an almost daily practice for me and has been so transformative in my life i am sending you so much love and blessings today i hope you have a beautiful day
