This is a quick mindfulness moment to relax get you into the right space for breastfeeding or pumping. You are doing such a wonderful job caring for your baby and providing nourishing milk for them. Allow this to be a moment of relaxation, gentlesness, and connection for you two.

Welcome to this quick setup and relaxing mindfulness moment to get you into the right space for breastfeeding or pumping.

Please remember that it is important to stay awake during this recording.

If you are holding your baby,

Please remain alert,

Attentive,

And connected to your infant at all times.

If you have water nearby,

Take a sip and begin to settle into your seat.

Start with a big deep breath in through the nose,

Releasing a long exhale out through the mouth.

Feel relaxation enter into your mind and body as you prepare your space and your body for breastfeeding or pumping.

Start to melt and release any tension held in the neck and shoulders.

Feel your shoulders relax into place and slide down your back.

The milk will come when your body is ready and relaxed.

Your body is capable and knows what to do.

Please be gentle and patient with yourself.

Take a deep breath in and exhale releasing any tension in the mind or body.

Relax all of the muscles in your chest and your back as you start to connect to the energy of your baby.

You and your baby are so in tune with each other.

You can sense their energy and they can sense yours.

Take a deep breath in,

Release any tension with the exhale.

You are doing such a wonderful job caring for your baby and providing nourishing milk for them.

See their little face in your arms or in your mind if they're not physically with you at this moment as you allow your body to express this milk for them.

Take a deep breath in,

Releasing any tension out.

Relax into this precious moment thinking of the love you have for your sweet baby as you continue to allow the milk to flow from your body.

This milk is an extension of the love you have for your baby.

Continue to breathe in and out,

Trusting your body,

Appreciating this time you have with yourself and with your baby,

Connecting your heart to theirs.

Continue to breathe in and out,

Relaxing into this moment,

Connecting to your baby and to your body.

This concludes the short mindfulness relaxation moment.
