Let's start this day off with a moment of contemplative stillness full of peace, love, and gratitude. Gift yourself fi minutes this morning to start your day on a positive note. You will leave this meditaion feeling refreshed and ready to start your day.

Hello,

And welcome to your five-minute morning meditation.

Let's start this day with a moment of contemplative peace for ourselves.

Always find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

We will take three deep breaths together to connect to our bodies and minds.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and feel the fresh air fill your body.

Pause at the top of your breath for a moment of peace.

Exhale your breath out through your mouth and release any tension or anxiety you may be holding.

Again,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold at the top for a moment of love.

Exhale any negative emotions.

For a third time,

Deep inhale.

Pause for a moment of gratitude.

Exhale completely and feel your body relax.

Allow your mind to settle on your breath.

As thoughts begin to cross your mind,

Acknowledge them and return your awareness to your breath.

Feel the air move from your nose down your throat,

In and out of your lungs.

With each inhale,

Repeat the words,

I am.

With each exhale,

Repeat peace,

Love,

Or grateful.

Inhale I am.

Exhale peace.

Inhale I am.

Exhale love.

Inhale I am.

Exhale grateful.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am grateful.

Continue to repeat these affirmations and bask in the beautiful five minutes of stillness you have gifted yourself this morning.
