Welcome to the Wildflower Wisdom.

Embrace your true self and build confidence meditation.

First of all begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine up straight and you can gently close your eyes or soften your gaze just a few feet in front of you.

And remember during the meditation it's not about being torturing yourself or being really uncomfortable.

It's just about being present and aware and focused.

So if you do have an itch you know scratch it but do it mindfully be aware there's an itch or don't torture yourself.

Don't sit there for the next 10 minutes thinking I'm trying to get rid of the itch or an uncomfortable.

Just gently move and do it mindfully.

In a moment we're going to take a deep breath in and we're going to hold it and then slowly breathe out whether it's through your mouth or your nose totally up to you.

So if we take a deep breath in hold it hold and just gently relax breathing out and then allow your breath to be what it is.

You don't have to get involved with your breath.

Your body's been breathing for many years without you getting involved.

It knows how fast,

It knows how deep you have to breathe.

Breathe in calm,

Breathe out relax and relax.

As you breathe in calm and then relax just remember the relaxing is just allowing your body to relax rather than something you need to forcefully do.

Thumbs on your shoulders and your face and your body knows how to relax.

You've just got to give it permission to do so.

You can relax now and just allow your body to do so.

Visualize yourself standing in a wildflower meadow surrounded by a sea of colors and scents.

As you take in the beauty of your surroundings and to further quieten down and your body just to continue relaxing.

In this meadow you are free to be your true self just like the wild flowers around you.

You have your own beauty,

Your own talents and your own gifts.

Take a moment to appreciate yourself for who you are exactly as you are.

As you continue to stand in the meadow notice the wildflowers swaying in the breeze which is how they are strong and resilient despite the changing weather and the conditions around them.

Just like the wildflowers you are strong and resilient and notice how each one of the wildflowers blooms just by themselves and they're not worried about all the other flowers around them.

They know they are part of the whole but they are individual as themselves and just like the wildflowers you can weather any storm that comes your way because you have the wisdom and the strength within you to persevere.

Embrace this inner strength and let it build your confidence and on each breath in feel the confidence building knowing that you can handle any situation that comes your way and do this by knowing you can do it in a relaxed calm way.

Just like the flower you're flexible but you're ready for anything.

As you continue to bask in the beauty of the meadow know that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

You have a purpose in this world and you are worthy of all the good that life has to offer and in a moment we're going to take a deep breath and we're going to exhale slowly and I want you to bring back this confidence and this knowing that you are individual.

You can be your true self but you can also be confident and resilient knowing that you can handle any situation.

So taking a deep breath and exhale slowly and as we count back from five we'll gently open our eyes and return to the present moment.

So five,

Four,

Gently open your eyes,

Three,

Shake out your arms,

Two,

One and now you're in the present moment and remember that you are unique,

You are strong and you are worthy of all the things good in life.

Embrace your true self and let your confidence shine.

I loved the relaxed approach and you saying your body knows how to breath without your involvement made me smile. Uplifting and soothing at the same time.

Thanks so much . I will never look at wildflowers in the same way again. And I will never look at myself in the same way again thanks to your beautiful imagery.

Dear Steven, your words are so appropriate for me this morning. Our elder son collapsed and died last month and your support is much appreciated. Thank you. 🙏💜🕊🦋
