Hello,
Welcome to I am enough guided meditation.
This meditation is for you if sometimes you feel like you may not be enough,
Sometimes you lack a little inner strength or you lack a little bit of self compassion.
I will step you through some affirmations that will help you with all three,
But until then just make yourself comfortable.
Wiggle your bum into the seat that you are in or on the cushion,
Shake out your arms and just place your arms and your hands on top of your thighs and just bring your awareness to your breath.
You don't need to do anything with your breath,
Just allow your body to breathe and you just become aware of it.
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out relaxed.
And you don't need to do anything else in this moment.
And as you are aware you are breathing in,
Just allow your body to relax.
And as you are aware of your breath,
Just allow your body to relax in this moment.
Allow your shoulders to relax,
Your eyes and your face,
Your jaw and any part of your body where there is any pocket of tension.
Just invite that area just to relax on the next out breath.
And just like you are breathing your body knows how to relax as well,
You don't have to force it.
And if you find your mind wandering just smile gently and thank you for the thought,
But bring it back to your breath.
And you may hear the odd sound coming in,
Acknowledge that it's a sound.
And no matter how many times your mind tries to take you away,
Just smile and thank you for the thought,
Recognising that's what the mind does.
It's perfectly normal for the mind to think stuff up.
It's perfectly normal for the body to have emotions.
All we are doing right now is just focusing on our breath,
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out relaxed.
And we will just do one more sweep through the body,
Just starting from the top of your head going right down to your toes.
And as you breathe out just imagine your whole body relaxing in this moment.
Every muscle just relaxed.
You might find your breathing just gets slightly deeper and slightly slower.
That's all okay,
Your body knows how to breathe.
And while we're nice and peacefully relaxed,
We're going to do some self compassion affirmations first.
And after I say it,
You say it in your mind or gently out loud.
And make sure you feel it throughout your whole body.
What does it feel like to be completely true and completely real in this moment?
And the first one is,
I forgive my past mistakes.
I forgive my past mistakes.
I treat myself with kindness and compassion.
I treat myself with kindness and compassion.
It's okay to rest and recharge.
It's okay to rest and recharge.
And now we'll move to a few affirmations for inner strength.
And the first one,
I trust my own wisdom.
I trust my own wisdom.
I have the power to overcome any challenge.
I have the power to overcome any challenge.
I define my own success.
I define my own success.
I define my own success.
And just bring your awareness back to your breath.
Re-ground in your body,
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out relaxed.
And this is the final set of affirmations.
And remember to feel them deeply.
As if you know they're true today,
They were true yesterday,
And they will be true into the future.
I am worthy of love,
Happiness and respect.
I am worthy of love,
Happiness and respect.
I am strong,
Capable and resilient.
I am strong,
Capable and resilient.
I accept and love myself unconditionally.
Today and always,
I am enough,
Exactly as I am.

And we're going to close this meditation.
And if you can just place your hand on your heart.
And just feel your chest rising and lowering with your breath.
Feel the energy in your heart.
And just feel this deeply.

Now if you bring your awareness back to your breath.
Aware that you're breathing in.
Aware that you're breathing out.
And any sounds around you,
Including my voice.
Any sensations in your body.
The room you're in.
Just gently open your eyes and look around a bit.
Shake out your arms.
And just feel what it's like to know that you are enough.
Know that you are enough.
Know that you are enough.
Know that you are exactly who you need to be.
Today and tomorrow and in the future.
You already have your own wisdom.
You know how to be kind and compassionate towards yourself.
And you know how to believe in yourself.
Just take a deep breath and really allow what you are.
That to sink in.
