Welcome to this meditation session about letting go of your past and understanding that it does not define who you are today.

Before we begin,

Remember to subscribe to my channel.

And now take a moment to find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Inhale nice and deep.

Hold for a moment and exhale nice and slow.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Relaxing,

Releasing any stress,

Any tension.

Focusing on this moment right here,

Right now.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Begin to imagine a white light surrounding you,

Filling you with positive energy and allowing you to let go of any negative thoughts or emotions from your past.

Imagine this light cleansing your mind and heart of any burdens or regrets,

Freeing you from the weight of your past.

Just letting that white light scrub away,

Clean up any darkness,

Any pain,

Any doubt,

Any disappointments,

Any feelings of not being enough or that you're lacking something.

Reminding yourself that your past does not define you.

You are not defined by your mistakes,

Your perceived failures,

Your traumas,

Or by the lessons you needed to learn to become who you are meant to be.

So take a moment and repeat to yourself,

Say,

I release the fear of my past defining me.

I am so much more than the mistakes I've made.

What I see is failures,

The traumas I've experienced.

I can choose who I want to be in this moment and every moment going forward.

I am defined by love.

I release the fear of my past defining me.

I am so much more than the mistakes I've made,

Than what I see is failures,

Than the traumas I've experienced.

I can choose who I want to be in this moment and every moment going forward.

I am defined by love.

I release the fear of my past defining me.

I am so much more than the mistakes I've made.

What I see is failures,

The traumas I've experienced.

I can choose who I want to be in this moment and every moment going forward.

I am defined by love.

Take a few moments to reflect on your past experiences.

Acknowledge any painful memories or regrets and instead of dwelling on them,

Invite in forgiveness,

Self-compassion and love.

Focus on the lessons you have learned and the ways in which you have grown stronger as result of those experiences.

Reminding yourself,

Accepting that you are enough.

You were enough then as well.

You were doing the best you could with the information you had and now you've learned more and you're applying what you're learning to your life.

You're applying the lessons you've learned.

You are growing and evolving over your lifetime.

Now visualize yourself as a tree.

Pretend if you need to.

Imagine yourself with deep roots that anchor you to the ground and a sturdy trunk that supports you.

And like a tree you have weathered storms and challenges.

You have also grown and flourished.

You are resilient.

You are capable of continuing to grow and evolve over your lifetime.

You are always enough and you will always be enough.

So visualize for a moment.

Acknowledge all of the storms and all of the challenges you have survived.

That you've come out on the other side of.

Acknowledge your strength,

Even if it felt unfair and just take a moment and just acknowledge how resilient you are.

Even when you get tired of hearing how resilient you are.

Acknowledge your strength.

Acknowledge your resilience.

Acknowledge that you've overcome every storm,

Every challenge that was presented to you and you've grown and you've flourished and you thrive and when another storm arrives you make it through it.

You are more than capable.

You are more than enough.

You are so much more than the thing you regret,

The thing you ruminate over.

Wishing you could change.

You are a whole being and that was one moment and you are made up of millions and billions of moments.

Repeat to yourself.

I release the past and embrace the present moment.

I am grateful for all that I have learned and I am open to new experiences and opportunities for growth.

I am open to the presence of love.

I release the past and embrace the present moment.

I am grateful for all that I have learned and I am open to new experiences and opportunities for growth.

I am open to the presence of love.

I release the past and embrace the present moment.

I am grateful for all that I have learned and I am open to new experiences and opportunities for growth.

I am open to the presence of love.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release any lingering negative thoughts or emotions from your past.

Allow yourself to fully let go of the past knowing that you've released the power it had over you and now you are willing to see love in this moment in the present.

You are willing to accept that you are enough,

That you are more than enough.

You are lovable.

You are everything you wish you were.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Visualize yourself standing on a beach with the waves lapping at your feet.

The water represents the present moment constantly flowing and changing.

As you stand in the water,

Allow yourself to be fully present,

Enjoying the beauty and serenity of the moment.

Even as the moment is constantly changing,

You stay there enjoying the moment,

Watching as it flows,

Watching as it changes.

And repeat to yourself,

I am worthy of love and happiness.

I am capable of creating a bright future for myself,

Free from the limitations of my past.

I am worthy of love and happiness.

I am capable of creating a bright future for myself,

Free from the limitations of my past.

I am worthy of love and happiness.

I am capable of creating a bright future for myself,

Free from the limitations of my past.

I'm in the moment.

I enjoy the moment.

I am willing to see love and welcome all forms of love into my life.

Take a few more deep breaths.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Remember that you are not defined by your past.

You are doing the best you could with the information you had.

And that you have the power to create a bright and fulfilling future and present for yourself now.

Carry this positive energy with you as you go about your day and know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

You will grow and evolve over your lifetime.

You are everything you wish you were.

You are more than enough.

You lack nothing.
